I have been in this stock since 2006. I was looking at a few older post and it was a little over 2 years ago they brought this stock out of bankruptcy. But yet nothing happened. What happened??

Ever heard the phrase "Buy the rumor, sell the news" Rumors are whatever you want them to be. For instance, reverse mergers can be reason enough for peeps to take a position in any stock. CKEI could very well be a good candidate for a reverse merger, not that it is, but it sure could be!

momentum run, people see their volume/price alerts are going off, and if no news or filings are out they jump on the band wagon to ad to the momentum, sometimes quickly sometimes slowly, but no guarantees of a run. are you holding, GLTY

If the 5's start printing again I am thinking of adding to my position before the move up...Don't see much on ask until .001

CKEI is a shell that is to be the host of a reverse merger.

CKEI is now controlled by AJW Offshore Limited/NIR Group and they are the majority shareholders.

AJW/NIR, as majority owner petitioned the court-New Castle Court of Chancery, Wilmington, Delaware who granted them control of CKEI from the previous owners. The case number is 4063-V-C-L.

CKEI is now owned and controlled by hedge fund AJW/NIR that is listed by Barron's to be #48 in the top 100 hedge funds and has assets of 770 million.
