patience required here, if yu dont have your shares yet make sure and get them now, anything under 20 cents is a steal but I would bid sit around 12 - 14 cents and let the seller come to you.

they are dependent on their joint venture for revenues and the JV Partners OpenPath and eFinnity plus another company Ionia are in the beta testing with customer now - you can contact OpenPath if you want, or even IPSI takes calls from Investors. We latch on to the work being done by the JV specifically for the betting/gaming industry.

you're a bit behind the eight ball, we are not doing anything right now with kiosks or sending money with ipsipay, but focusing on account to account transfers, normal credit card transactions (both within high risk - betting and entertainment and gaming), and this latest acquisition 8-k announcement in lending. You have some catching up to do.

IPSI to acquire BZWR in stock transaction

According to filings, BZWR is doing 4.5 Million revenues per year avg up to last filed quarter and they are late with their 10-K and ensuring 10-Q, obviously IPSI wouldnt be interested unless they were sure they could afford and achieve profitability. This will be a nice addition to their existing Fintech initiatives. And it mentions "Company’s IPSIPay ExpressTM products (Instant-Settlement in RealTime™) and potentially other product offering, wonder what that could be ? And it mentions "to provide traditional credit card processing services initially focused on the fast-growing online gaming and entertainment sector" so they are going after the traditional processing in addition to Instant Settlement. Lot more than meets the eye.

Continued financing includes the .345/share offers that they have had out there for a while.

this is taking longer than anyone would have dreamed and some might argue that it wont happen and I respect that completely. In any case, anywhere around the 20 cent +/- range is a strong buy in my opinion.

Patiently waiting for an announcement on revenues or the setup for revenues. Meanwhile the share price is steady. I would love to buy at this price, but IPSI (as many pennies) has a tendency to just tank out of nowhere and I'd rather buy at a significant discount rather than what I'd call retail as of today, so if I dont get the opportunity then fine I got more than my share of shares, either way I'll take it.

we're continuing on the right track, Im expecting this to be my greatest trade ever starting years ago but going forward about 2+ years, we'll see, I think it will become clear as revenues start. In general people have no idea what is about to happen here.

I believe our bottom is now in, say around .25, if you can get shares under that price then buy every last share you can. This wont be anywhere near this price in the next few months, and I dont mean lower.

listen its not easy, I have done exceptionally well on this one, but I always sell some too early at lower prices and dont sell enough at higher prices, every time. But you dont need to be perfect to do well, just do something. In this particular case, I am contemplating not selling anything until it hits a buck, but we'll see.

I am buying as much as I possibly can at whatever price, got some fills as low as 20 cents. I have also traded the stock a fair amount over the past couple years which has enabled me to lower average very significantly and that has been a fair amount of work to do but has turned out to be worth it. I like what they're going to be doing. This is a strong buy anywhere near these prices, in the very least a short term double.

Sincere questions here. I've reviewed the financials twice and given the deficits, diminishing cash, increasing derivatives, shareholder debt, I can't see why this would continue moving up?? The only thing I can assume is a higher mc to sell shares??

I really like how the company has pivoted to a business that should be profitable, while also keeping the original plan in place as well. Thats called adapt and overcome. Very bullish here. In the meantime I have continued trading as opportunities have allowed.

Noticed an OTCB iceberg yesterday at 0.022. Folks bought 500K off him and today another 190K - currently he shows 410K at 0.022. The positive side is there is still substantial buying going on. If a few hundred from us Robinhood get together and buy each 10-20K shares (S200-$400), it would probably clear the way to at least 0.03. Any thoughts?

Mr. Corbett stated, “In the first quarter of 2021, we have executed several important milestones for our Company. Firstly, we were able to raise two million dollars in capital at a market price of 23 cents per share and we currently have approximately three million dollars of cash on our balance sheet. This provides the Company with greater flexibility to accomplish its business strategy. Secondly, the Company has been able to completely repay its toxic debt to further boost shareholder value. Thirdly, the Company has also received a firm commitment of five million dollars from its institutional investor Bellridge Capital, LP, to provide the liquidity and settlements of IPSIPay Stable Coin.
