Definitely not a certainty but the debtor seemed to expunge a lot of claims during the BK process and the language in the motion closing the case seems to imply that there will be a distribution:

“The Plan Administrator has paid or has sufficient funds to satisfy holders of Allowed Claims under Class 1 (Other Priority Claims), Class 2 (Other Secured Claims), Class 3 (Lender Claims), and Class 4 (General Unsecured Claims) in accordance with the Plan. The Plan Administrator has also paid all professional fees approved by the Bankruptcy Court. Furthermore, pursuant to Section 4.6 of the Plan, holders of Existing Azure Interests (as defined in the Plan) will receive their pro rata share of any remaining cash in the Debtors’ estates after satisfaction in full of Claims in Classes 1, 2, 3, and 4. Accordingly, all Allowed Claims and all Allowed Existing Azure Interests have been paid or will be paid in the ordinary course. The Debtors expect to make distributions prior to the end of 2017.”

Right now I am playing adptq. I see you on that ihub board too. It's an interesting one, ha? Company owns largest chain of stand alone emergency rooms, have a buyout offer from Deerfield Management, an activist investor (Matlinpatterson Global Advisors) who just purchased 9.8% stake in BK, investor Wexford and Reef, and judge just approved equity committee.

The POR is pretty vague, but the debtors think its "enough information for shareholders to make an informed decision" and are asking for confirmation hearing on August 21, 2017.

I personally like the part "Equity Interests must survive..." Sounds to me like we'll keep all our shares. The stock has already run from $.20 to $2.00. Probably mostly because of Matlinpatterson's 9.8% purchase. It's been holding very steady at $2. I'm surprised there's not much activity on the ihub board, which I guess is good that there are no pumpers/dumpers there, lol.

I heard about the .74 payout and I thought I read somewhere that there was another payout but I guess that's what they were predicting as opposed to what was given. Are there any other stocks that you like that are trading?

They need to pay all secured and unsecured claims first. Once all their debt is paid then they pay shareholders if there is any money left. If they do you'll see a deposit straight into your brokerage account.

There are two documents. The first is the application that was made on 5/23. The second doc is the order from the court granting the request on 6/9. The order just shows you that the court granted the application. The request has the info in it.

The shares are not trading anymore but this is for those shareholders that were holding when they delisted the stock which was also the plan effective date. The equity committee is apparently alive and kicking. I would've bought more if I had known the EC survived. They have outside counsel that is working on a contingency based on recoveries for shareholders. I believe the claims hurdle is about $2m. With 11.3m shares outstanding this would be a nice payout if they can clear it.

I agree. According to my math, after all the claims are paid there should be over $1/share. However, it looks like the lawyers are just going to try to drain the estate of over $10mm in fees. Some other shareholders I know are writing to Judge Jones to try to get him to intervene and make sure us unitholders get our fair share. Anyone on this board who still has a position should as well. New documents regarding bankruptcy were posted yesterday claiming equity gets nothing.

I am not entirely convinced equity is given nothing.

The documents filed by the debtors used an incorrect number in coming up with their whole equity interest get nothing.

Yes, equity only gets something if and when debt is paid.

However, after going over the documents, I noticed a slight difference in the analysis with amount being $179.5 Million and not $189 Million.

Maybe the analysis is 100% right, but based on what has been reported previously it seems it is not.

I respond to you because maybe you want to know why it's not such a nice day.

Just kidding about selling the farm. I had a house on 4 acres wayyyy out in the country back in the 90s, I miss the simple life I enjoyed back then.

The drop happened so quickly it was hard to act on it, waiting to see how the market reacts this week

This is a very nice Company that was recently trading on the NYSE.Lets face the fact that AZUR shares got crushed when Oil crashed to $26 a barrel and traded under $40 a barrel for a good chunk of this year.They lost a ton of $$$ with significantly less revenue. Makes common sense. Now Oil is trading pretty steady in and around $50 a barrel and was well above $40 during the Q that they will report on Nov 1. I predict a better then expected Q and will be on the Conference call because I agree with you about the upside potential. The higher the price of oil the better for AZUR.
