I actually got her to respond twice to messages I sent to her, quite to my surprise I might add !!
Anyways, I have been pestering her for an answer to the allegations as to ...
"PSCR named in SEC dispatches on Otcober 2nd as one of the tickers involved in a share selling scam orchestrated by Roger Knox and his buddies."
I seriously doubt that I will get a response from her, but I was "bold" enough to give her both of my email addresses to respond to , just to let her know that I am a real person, "investor", and am not hiding behind any desk or alias, whatever the case may be.
I am leaving this info for all to see, and to respond to her as well. Just might get some response if we all message her,who knows ?
Anyways, thanks for your eyes, and lets hope PSCR will come out with some sort of PR to give investors some kind of affirmation that they are moving ahead with their business, and not getting "shanked" like very many of us were with "TRBO" stock..

This is so unbelievable...just how far is this gong to drop off the edge ? This has been the most disappointing stock that I have had the displeasure of owning. This company seemed to be so good a year ago, and very promising ? Michelle Rico need to get off her butt and get this company turned around.What has anybody hve to say in regards to this, I'm all ears.

I've been watching from the bleachers on this stock for a while, and, I've also been holding this stock for way over a year now, and am really surprised it has had no current news as of late other that it's SEC filings ??
BarCharts does not even list it in their charts?
If anyone else is getting the same results, I would like to know if there is something going on that we all need to be aware of, or it is just a malingering stock waiting to hit ??

to be honest no, I have seen small buys throughout the last 6 months.. this is nothing more then directors and owners looking to make some xmas money by end of year. lol seriously... no news. no real reason other then that.. I am hoping for .20 to get my intial investment back. I bought more at .035 so I'm just praying it goes up today and not back down.
I knew they would pop it before xmas. greedy fuckers...lol

my opinion this stock which has been sleeping now for 6 months is ready for a pop. why ? well, one reason is, holidays share holders will sell at higher prices.. think I'm crazy? lol I might be this is my opinion. but ive been watching it. small buys, some days it doesn't even trade lower prices on 50 shares being sold? its going to pop

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 10, 2017) - Proto Script Pharmaceutical Corp. dba PSP Homecare ("PSP" or the "Company") (OTC PINK: PSCR), a durable medical equipment provider, is pleased to announce it has completed the previously announced exchange of 295,000,000 shares of its common stock for 1,500,000 newly issued multiple-voting convertible Preferred Series A shares.
As result of the definitive Share Exchange Agreement between the Company and Michelle Rico, the Company's president and PSP Homecare founder, 295,000,000 shares of restricted common stock held by Michelle Rico were exchanged for 1,500,000 newly issued multiple-voting convertible Preferred Series A shares. Preferred Series A shares are convertible into twenty (20) common shares each and are entitled to 200 votes per share. Common shares issuable via Preferred Series A conversion remain restricted. To date, Michelle Rico has sold no shares of PSCR common or preferred stock.
Following the share exchange, as of Feb. 23, 2017, there are 49,139,998 shares of PSCR common stock and 1,500,000 shares of Preferred Series A stock outstanding. This represents an 85% reduction in the number of shares of PSCR common stock outstanding compared to prior to the share exchange. If converted, on a fully diluted basis, the 1,500,000 Preferred Series A shares would represent an additional 30,000,000 PSCR common shares (20 for 1 conversion ratio) bringing the total outstanding common shares to 79,139,998. This would still represent a significant 76% reduction in the number of PSCR common shares outstanding compared to prior to the share exchange.
The current number of outstanding PSCR common shares (49,139,998) has been verified by the Company's transfer agent, as indicted in the Company's OTC Markets Profile at www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PSCR/profile.

With all due respect, being contracted with Medicaid and/or Medicare, while of value doesn't equate to profitability or even revenue potential. The accreditation will show you what products they can supply, and even that is all dependent on their ability to bring in referrals.

There is reason to invest here, and their contracting is one of them, but to treat that as if it has some unusual value or that it and of itself is value at all is rather short sighted.

Yep, Over the last 6 trading days we've been green and accumulated about a million in vol which is how much it took PSCR to reach almost 100 percent in one day on the 16th of Feb. Tomorrow should be very interesting Especially Next Wk. No real resistance until .40 cents according to the weekly chart after we get out the teen rang.

Proto Script Pharmaceutical Corp. engages in the repair and rental of power wheelchairs and scooters. It serves federal, state, and private insurance providers. The company was founded in 2001 and is based in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

On April 28, 2016, Proto Script Pharmaceutical Corp. was awarded a multi-year CMS contract authorizing the Company to furnish certain items under the Medicare Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) Competitive Bidding Program (the "Contract").

Under terms of the Contract, Proto Script Pharmaceutical Corp. is authorized and required to provide specified items in certain Product Categories within specific Competitive Bidding Areas (CBAs) and submit claims to Medicare for reimbursement. The Contract period began July 1, 2016, and is scheduled to end on December 31, 2018.

PSP Homecare is authorized by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to provide the competitively bid items in the following Competitive Bidding Areas, encompassing a total population of approx. 32.4 million people (United States Census Bureau)

PSP Homecare is developing new business opportunities via direct partnerships with healthcare institutions providing patient treatment.
