A press release or some pumping group from I hub will start talking up the story, and it's a good sounding story. I guess holding long term is like being a front runner for when it runs again. GLTA

You, like me, got in during that one day run up and bought near the top! Im a little lower then you, but still not break-even yet. The biggest development was around march 4th. There had been this huge seller of 4m shares that someone bought him out all at once. Ever since then the level2 has been really free. Today there was about 1m shares total around the .0009/1 level that people were looking to exit at. Also of note was the MM STXG was sitting at .0008 all day. Dont usually see that MM around much. Hopefully something is finally going on here!

I dont know if anyone was really paying attention the other day, i believe it was March 4th. Someone scooped up the 4m that has been sitting on the ask in one trade. I took a double take when i saw that! Maybe we can finally get things moving here. Been waiting almost a year. The buy at least freed up the ask, hopefully more will follow.

I don’t post here often, but FWIW, I am still here following this stock. That is my DD stickied at the top of the page. Since there are currently no mods, I could easily add myself as a moderator and remove the stickies if I were embarrassed or doubted my DD after the last run. But I believe the truth is in there.

There have been little pop and drops through the years here, and the one that you bought into was based on my DD, but primarily fueled on the mistaken belief that there was an adjustment to the share structure. It wasn’t true and even as early 2010, I tried to warn people of mistaken information being posted regarding the share structure.

That being said, I do believe that TLPEQ is a legitimate shell that could eventually find a turtle to be put into it.

Keep in mind that Marius worked with Belmont Partners on taking his other stock public, so it could be that Belmont has custody of the shell even if Marius doesn’t.

If you look at the Florida SOS site you will find that the address for one of his other private companies is listed at his personal address that is now for sale.

The guy has been living in a $3,000,000,000 condo, and didn’t achieve this amount of success by diluting penny stocks to 10B shares and reverse splitting over and over again.

This is one of the best triple 0 shell plays on the otc market for the simple reason that either Marius remains the custodian of this shell, even though the actual company no longer exists, or the other possibility that Belmont has custody of the shell and could take any number of private companies public via Reverse Merger like Marius did with ONBI.

First of all; tlpeq is a clean shell !from the reaper(There is a difference between chapter 7 liquidation, and a chapter 11 settlement. TLPEQ had the BK dismissed and is listed as a shell corporation on otcmarkets.com. A lot of people are trying to compare dead companies with shell corps. How many shell plays are actually listed as such on otcmarkets? Not many.

The last company that Marius took public is currently listed @ over $4.00 per share)

last months Maker maker STXG starting to buy shares with nite on his side bid is building up ! this will do a R/M it will happen any moment now, i expect a volume spike before news!
i put in a buyorder at 0.0007 for one whole day no bid showing and no filling did it at 0.0008 same story

they did naked short selling a few years ago just before and after bk!with r/m on the way all shares certifications will be needed all failures to deliver will come up the only way for them is to cover at any price ! cdrg is one of them i think! the reason to put a gtc at $1 is that mm can not use gtc orders to shortsell or manipulate pps they can not borrow your shares when a gtc order is placed! you sound like a impatient and greedy person thats probably the reason you bought in to high!
