(NYSE: CRR) ("CARBO" or "the Company") today announced that it expects its common shares will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") on or about December 20, 2019 as a result of its failure to meet the NYSE's average global market capitalization rule.

This announcement follows on the Company's receipt of a notice from the NYSE on December 10, 2019 that CARBO is not in compliance with the continued listing criteria with its share price falling below $1.00 over a period of 30 consecutive trading days. As a result, CARBO has applied to list the Company's common shares on the OTCQB Market. The Company anticipates that trading of its common shares on the OTCQB Market will begin on or about December 23, 2019.

The transition will not impact the CARBO's business operations or the Company's ongoing transformation strategy to improve its cash position, diversify its business, and strengthen its financial foundation in the face of oil and gas industry volatility. compare the HCLP + SLCA quarter reports in the last 2 years with the disastrous CRR reports and outlook lies and you will see that HCLP + SLCA management paid dividend and generated a huge profit. They had done a great job in the last 2 years. US Fracing reached record level in 2018.

CRR Gary Kolstad failed completely to anticipate the ceramic proppant crash and he is responsible for misinvestments, mismanagement, lies and destroying trust = the stock.

CRR Board of Directors thanked him with over 3,5 Mill $ in salaries in 2017 in compare with 2016 a increase of over 90 % for murdering retail shareholders like me with lies and mismanagement.

Fracing is booming - CRR is dying

Why is not the CEO Gary Kolstad buying large blocks of shares??? CRR is suffering under his failed convenience store strategy but when the CEO does not believe in his failed strategy why shall small shareholder lose their money like me. The 2Q2018 outlook destroyed 50 % of my money. I have not report this outlook. Criminal Gary Kolstad could warn before the 3Q18. I had not purchased. He has not warned and i think he murdered willfully small shareholders like me because the short Wilk Brothers need fooled bagholder.

Lie, he want to fool retail investors to win more and more broken bagholders for the short Wilk Brothers.

I think a lot. Our lovely failure CEO Gary Kolstad has not talked about it in the AdHoc. I know why.

He burnt in 4 years over 350 Mill $ in working capital. 130 Mill $ are left, but when i add the next four quarters without revenue growth in ceramic and frac sand, CRR will be ruined.

I think the share is stabilizing right now of the 2 Mill share buyback program, but this program will decrease CRR working capital even more and faster.

CRR can only survive:

A: Sale the frac sand business
B: Ceramic proppant can only produce by orders
C: Cost structure must be down rapidly

Reason: Oil price goes up, 14$ book value, Second half of 2018 CEO promised positive cash flow and increasing growth +++ CRR has much more value, because a lot of facilities are mothballed and written off, but a oil price over 80$ would be the restart of all mothballed facilities.

In 2014 share price was over 150$. The oil price is going back over 100$ in 2019.
