reports that on June 20, 2014, Mr. Andrew Wilson resigned from the Company's Board of Directors.

TORONTO, Oct. 8, 2013 /CNW/ - HydraLogic Systems Inc. ("HydraLogic" or the "Company") (NEX: HLS.H - OTC Pink Sheet: HYSYF) today announced that on September 26, 2013 Mr. Andrew Wilson was appointed to the Company's board of Directors and will serve as Chair of the Governance Committee.
The Company further reports that on September 27, 2013, Mr. Michael Beckley resigned as the Company's Chairman and CEO. The Company has appointed Director Mr. Robert Gowans as acting CEO and Chairman of the board until the next Annual General Meeting.
