Based on the following they could sell between .0010 and .0050( By this Offering Circular, Maison Luxe, Inc., a Nevada corporation, is offering for sale a maximum of 500,000,000 shares of its common stock (the Offered Shares), at a fixed price of $[0.001-0.005] per share.) Last week’s transactions below .0011 was the offering. It looked like they were trying to trigger a sell off but it didn’t happen. I am betting that the offering will serve to sell the CEO’s majority ownership. Someone wants to purchase the O/S for less than what the CEO is willing to sell . Today’s action is telling in that the shares from the offering will not come cheap. IMO…

According to the filing looks like the offering is set at .003 so that would not be the case. Anyway I added at .0008 a couple of days ago.

I wonder why management hasn't updated the A/S yet on OTC Markets. As of today it was updated to reflect only 500 million shares.

Even on the Q-10 releases on 3/2/2024 the shares structre still reflects 500 million A/S.

Otc markets still shows 92 million are restricted.

Question? Do The 2,000,000 super voting shares owned by the CEO ensure majority ownership and control of ownership by the CEO. Or is there a scenario where someone could buy most of these shares being offered and become majority owner and thus create a situation where a change of control takes place?
