8BD Still getting some trades in Frankfurt even though the gold deal is dead despite the claims of the new holding company web page. This was taken from AMOK's 10K:
"On November 9, 2012, the Company entered into a Property Option Letter Agreement (the “Option Agreement”) with Dragon Resources Holdings Inc. ("Dragon"). The Company’s granting of the option to acquire a 30% interest in the Rodeo Creek and McNeil Properties and providing other consideration to Dragon as indicated in the letter was based upon Dragon paying a Purchase Option Fee of $500,000 on or before December 15, 2012. The $500,000 was not paid by the due date and under the terms of the Agreement, the agreement automatically terminated"

Got real high expectations here. 8 barrels of oil a day. Deduct 25% for royalty payments. 5 % Overrides, Pumper gauger fees, Operator fee, Electricity, salt water disposal fees, road maint., and whatever else can be added to the cost of operation.... not to mention the cut the poor working interest partners will be getting....Let's see there may be 1 barrel left for the company. Now what does this give us as calculated value for a share of stock?
