Generally no news is less favorable, especially on otc. Maybe an actual good news event is imminent. Biz has been stagnant for several years. A reverse merger with a company of value would be a best case scenario. Given the share structures, there's a lot of upside value on the acquisition. Just my take.

Not sure but usually this action precedes an increase in outstanding and restricted shares. Given the last 3 year's of zero credibility and incompetence, I'm not placing any importance on this until credible news is released. To many false starts and games to add into dead monies.

Yeah the bozo regime opened up the flood gates for theft and Epstein financial shenanigans.
Take a look at FDCT. Popped but got a long way to go. Might help offset losses here.
As for here? Low share structures, and increasing insider ownership, the only positives I see.

I love this super random, nobody cares, no impact "we are doing" something messages from the management #smh This wasn't a good stock pick i guess in 2021 :D Where are the good old buyback/acquisitions/100M valuation times. But fingers crossed I still believe in after US elections move, hope you will vote well US!
