It is too late for YHDT even if the company wanted to file all delinquent Financials. The SEC simply does not accept excuses for SEC registered companies "having not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-Q for the period ended October 31, 2016."

All I know with a book value of ONLY $600k is very undervalued!! The bonus is the 84k float, that’s the icing. After I got that confirmation from the TA I started to buy again.

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(a) On September 27 th 2018, Ronald E. Hughes has changed his title and position of the Company. Ronald has interviewed candidates for the role and has with unanimous Board approval, appoints Jerome Talbot as a director and officer, and newly appointed CEO and president of You Han Data Tech Company Ltd. (“YHDT”). There is defined term of the appointment for 1 year, subject to the board decision as per.

(b) On September 27 th 2018, Ronald Hughes has changed his role to director Secretary; it may be an interim role. There is no defined term of this appointment.

Item 8.01 Other Items.

The company is currently formulating a mission statement for itself, and concurrently itemizing the actions needed to perform for YHDT to be in good standing.

I will have to respectively disagree with Mr. Callahan and his false comments regarding Mr. Nastat. I have had a few dealings with Mr. Nastat and have found him to be upfront and honest regarding the risks involved in investing. If these things were true then how could he be an officer of a public company. He would and has passed a thorough background examination by the TSX Venture Exchange. According to documents under TSX Ventrue Form 2A, Mr. Nastat could not be involved in any fraudulent behavior in any way, shape, or form.

It sounds to me like Mr. Callahan has a personal axe to grind and is trying to post false comments regarding Mr. Nastat.

RZOR doesnt have any assets.They lost the mine by being in default status on the payments.So it went back to the owners and the last I heard they were looking for their next project but didnt have one yet.That was a few months ago.
