We don’t have plans to change the name. We are negotiating with a large investment banking firm to raise 10MM and hopefully list on Nasdaq ASAP.

Anyway, DLMI is safe. Just don't understand people, buying high, selling low. I prefer it the other way around. With a little more patience chanches for big profits here are great.

It lessens the risk but darks still get hit from time to time. There was a day in 2017 where they suspended 41 dark tickers(I owned a couple of them) and since 2010 there have been almost 400 non SEC filers suspended for various reasons usually their excuse is "because of questions regarding the adequacy and accuracy of information about the companies."

yah, noticed it was trading really weird last few days. before when it dipped it moved back up, but last few days lots of buys but only went down, someone with some influence wanted to keep it down and off the radar. Glad i took some out yesterday.

In December 2017, DLMI acquired 50.1% ownership of Production Consulting, LLC. Production Consulting owns and operates a development property near Billings, Montana. Production consulting also owns a glass installation business in Phoenix, Arizona under the name J26 Advisors, LLC. This company was acquired by Production Consulting, LLC on February 1, 2018.

Officers:
Jerry Morrell—CEO and Vice President, Director. Mr. Morrell was raised on a farm and ranch in Colorado and continued farming and ranching until 2000. He worked in oilfield construction and the trucking industry in Wyoming from 2000 to 2008. From 2008 to 2015 he worked in the Bakken oil and gas fields in North Dakota, and as of 2015 was operations manager of an oilfield construction company with over 200 employees and $50,000,000 in annual sales. From 2015 to the present, Mr. Morrell has been the majority owner of Production Consulting, LLC., currently building out a 220-acre development in Billings, Montana, which will have a total of 195 houses on the property when completed. Construction has commenced on infrastructure, including roads, water and utilities. The final plat is expected to be filed by fall 2018 and lots will be available for sale at that time. As Vice President of the Company, he provides technical and operational support to the Company and its Board of Directors.
