Your own Broker likely has Level 2 for retail clients so you're best to stick with them. If you go to your account you will see there is no bid or ask for KABX, no need for level 2 for that stock since the SEC forbids any quotations for previously suspended stocks.

There are no bid or ask quotations on any previously suspended Grey Market stocks. I-HUB does not have a Grey Market section so the quotes that appear are the quotes that existed prior to the SEC Suspension.

To confirm check Level 2, one's Broker, or OTC Markets to see that there are no quotations.

I should clarify my previous post. Kabe Exploration Inc. can still operate as a company if they have legitimate operations but the company would be a private company with no public stock. Shareholders would be at the mercy of the company inthat shareholders would still retain their shares, just no ticker to publicly trade them, and the company could essentially do whatever they want to the shares.

Yes, Kabe Exploration Inc.'s stock registration(s) will be revoked whenever the SEC Admin Law Judge renders a ruling. The ticker KABX will no longer exist on that day.

Glad I flipped KABX while it was traded and exited clean. When CEO Erik Ulsteen got jailed, the musical chairs stopped. SEC suspended its trading and the lights went out. Just can't see when/if shell was dissolved/revoked.

If KABX is a shell, Ulsteen isn't attached in any way. The dude is out of jail now, but probably banned from anything having to do with securities. Guy torched that bridge, for sure. Messed up bad.

Warning to all KABX shareholders! KABX is on very dangerous "Delinquent SEC Reporting" status (see the first link below)! Why the FINRA has not Suspended it and downgraded it to the OTC Grey Sheet market yet while its Same "Delinquent SEC Reporting" OTC Non-Reporting Pink Sheet peer (URBF) was already suspended on May 22 and URBF was already downgraded and is traded on the OTC Grey Sheet market now?

In fact, KABX has not filed any financial reports to SEC for Five Years which is much much worse than its peer URBF! Why the SEC/FINRA suspended the Two years "Delinquent SEC Reporting" URBF but the Five Years "Delinquent SEC Reporting" KABX? That is an huge risk with KABX! Selling at 0.0001 is much much better than selling at ZERO anyway!

What are the current OS count and float count here since the AS is 2.25B or 2,250,000,000 shares? I bet 1.5 ~ 1.2B shares OS and float v.s. URBF only has 151M/161M/350M shares FIXED Tiny float/OS/AS at the New Bottom 0.0001 (its previous Bottom was 0.0004)!

I'm proud of owning 60M+ shares of KABX which is ready to bounce back to 0.0007 (see the chart from the link below) again! Its OS is estimated at 1.5B ~ 2B shares since the AS is 2.25B shares.

As I can tell no more Giant Diluting Sell-Off at 0.0001 from very sick Diluting Market-Maker (VNDM)!

The majority of Non-Reporting OTC stocks (such as the FIXED-Small-SS peer AFTC: Zero Dilution for Seven Years or since 2010) have the FIXED-SS and they Never diluted A Single share which is very true and that is why I prefer to invest into those Non-Reporting OTC stocks! However the OS of KABX was diluted to over 600M shares now from just 452M shares in August. Anyway KABX did 7-Bagger Huge Rally in August v.s. its peer (AFTC) had only bounced 5-Bagger so far with only 592M shares FIXED Small OS. KABX has 2.25B shares Huge AS v.s. AFTC has 1.5B shares FIXED Small AS.
