J. Shane Rapp Co-Founder J. Shane Rapp is a co-founder of the company.
Before joining the Company, Shane served as co-founder and President PostInk Technology, LP (“PostInk”), COPsync’s predecessor, from March 2003 until April 2008. Prior to joining PostInk, Shane served as co-founder and President of CARad.com from January 2000 until March 2003, where he managed CARad.com's Texas office and its employees. After CARad.com had been acquired by eBay, Inc. in March 2003, Shane was an instrumental liaison between eBay's Automobile Dealers and Software Developers. He is also an active duty law enforcement officer and is currently a Constable in Comal County, Texas.
Ronald A Woessner, Chief Executive Officer and Director As Chief Executive Officer for COPsync, Inc., Ronald A. Woessner oversees and manages the execution of the business; leads the initiatives to raise capital; and is the Company’s liaison with Wall Street and the capital markets.
Ron is also committed to the mission of protecting law enforcement officers and providing safer communities for citizens.
Barry W. Wilson
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Barry W. Wilson became our Chief Financial Officer in November 2010. Mr. Wilson has worked for over twenty-three years in a variety of accounting and financial capacities at publicly-held, start-up and emerging, technology companies.
Mr. Wilson is a licensed certified public accountant with a degree in accounting from Point Park University, Pittsburgh, PA.
Joseph R Alosa
Chaiman of the Board Joseph R. Alosa, Sr. was elected Chairman of the Board on September 9, 2015 and has served on our board of directors since June 2011.
Mr. Alosa currently operates over a dozen successful transportation industry companies throughout New England and brings decades of business experience working with law enforcement agencies in the Northeast.
Russell Chaney
Director Russell D. Chaney is a co-founder of the Company and leads our business development and strategic alliance activities.
Before joining COPsync, Russell served as co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of PostInk Technology, LP (“PostInk”), COPsync’s predecessor, from March 2003 until April 2008.
Prior to founding PostInk, Russell worked with eBay, Inc. from March 2003 until March 2004, serving the eBay Motors and CARad.com divisions, as well as Dean of Education for the eBay Motors University. Before joining eBay, Russell served as co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of CARad.com until its acquisition by eBay in March 2003. He is also a Deputy Constable in Comal County, Texas.
Joel Hochberg
Director Joel Hochberg has been a member of our board of directors since October 2009.
He is also the designee of our Series B Preferred Stock. Previously, Mr. Hochberg was the president of a prominent software company in the video game industry, which was later sold to Microsoft in 2004.
After the sale of this company, Mr. Hochberg served as a consultant to Microsoft's X-Box division for three years. Luisa Ingargiola Director Luisa Ingargiola has been a member of our Board of Directors since February 2016.
She has served as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Director of MagneGas Corporation since May 2007.
Between 1992 and May 2007, Ms. Ingargiola served in a variety of capacities at MetLife Insurance Company.
Brad Powers Director Brad Powers is currently Chairman & CEO of Cupcake Digital, Inc.
Mr. Powers has been involved in marketing and technology for over 20 years, with a focus on the digital marketing landscape.
He has held chief marketing officer positions at several highly successful technology companies and will add expertise to COPsync's board as it embarks on a major expansion strategy that will add to its strong-hold of clients in Texas and build its customer base across the nation.
Ward E Leber Director Ward Eric Leber is the Founder of Child Safety Network (CSN), the largest distributor of child safety information and programs in North America.
After the murder of a friend's son, Mr. Leber committed to the prevention of child abuse, abduction, exploitation, and injury and to creating safety and security for children.
Since then he has created a vast network of contacts among schools, parents, law enforcement, and government agencies.
Mr. Leber has also been given special congressional recognition for his innovation and expertise on pediatric injury prevention and child advocacy work.
