Looks like this one has been manipulated down with tiny sales. I wonder why? If I were you then I would slap those dirt cheap shares at the asks to make some quick easy gains here because AOILQ just hit the new high 0.004! Totally four Q stocks (three CH7 Q peers and one CH11 Q peer) bounced nicely today and last Friday and there are very good chance to make nice amount of dollars from the best Q stock performers!
It is not down 37.5%, instead AOILQ is up 212.5% from the Bottom price 0.0008 and it was up 400% from the 52-week low this morning! No more weak hand's sales at the bids!
AOILQ will hit 0.0176 (which is 4.4-bagger big return from here) as soon as next Monday since its Book Value alone is 0.0163 per share!
Also it is still the OTCLI Reporting stock which is much better than the majority Q peers who are in the OTCNI non-reporting tier!
AOILQ has all terms "BULLISH" rating (Long Term, Short Term, Intermediate Term, and Overall) and "Very Bullish" rating for both "Recent CandleStick Analysis" and "MACD"!

Yes. AOILQ was up 300% yesterday and should hit the penny land again in the coming week based on the Hyper Thin asks of Level2 and the current ridiculous low MV... It seems the "Q Tide" is in the action now when you look at the other Q peers in the running...
You're 100% wrong! If what you speculated were true then we should see AOILQ crash to 0.0001 now or even at 0 x 0.0001. In fact 0.0008 is the current All-Time low for AOILQ and the bid is already up 25%! You should see the 10-bagger quick rally first before you could see it hit another new low (say 0.0002). If I were you then I would just grab some dirt cheap shares ASAP to join the coming 10-bagger rally! The bankruptcy case like AOILQ could take years to see the end and many great profit-making opportunities will lie ahead during this long waiting process... The best example is the CH11 peer: it had already exploded twice (6.72-bagger and 11-bagger respectively) since the bankruptcy! As matter of fact AOILQ had already bounced 3.2-bagger once so far!
How much would you pay for this shell after closing the CH7 case? What assets attract you via the §363 sale? How much did you pay for your existing shells (at average cost)? I might consider to buy one CLEAN shell from you if the price is right and the SS is excellent!
Anyway the bid is up 25% at 300K-0.001 x 10K-0.002 now! It seems AOILQ (57,105,473 shares OS and 100M shares AS) won't decline to $0.0001991 (i.e. $0.0002) to match Another the MV ($11,369.44) of CH11-Q peer (22,738,885 shares OS and 45M shares AS) at $0.0005. To acquire this shell at 0.001 from the open market you need to buy at least 28,552,737 shares which would cost $28,552.74 cash.
From Hyper Thin asks of Level2 anyone could drive the price to the much much higher next asking price level (0.01) with measly 10K shares of slapping action at 0.002 (only $20 cost)! Easy 10-bagger run from the current price 0.0008.
Let's see if AOILQ could replicate the peer's 11-bagger Quick rally...
AOILQ is bouncing up 12.5% so far! It seems bottomed out at the New 52-week low 0.0008! 120K-0.0009 x 10K-0.002 now. The next ask is only 10K shares at 0.01, then just 60K shares at 0.036 from Hyper Thin asks of level2! Easy back to the penny land again...
The 52-week high is 0.16 v.s. at the joke low 0.0009 now!
Why did someones dump this CH7 Q stock at the bid 0.001 after AOILQ already bounced to 0.0015 today from 0.0008? Will AOILQ decline to another new low 0.0002 soon?
Anyway the CH7 Q peer had already crashed to 0.0002 after having converted the bankruptcy case from the CH11 to the CH7!
$3,486,664 debt has become immediately due and payable as a result of the filing of the Chapter 7 Cases. Therefore nothing is left to the company and its common shareholders! I'm wondering if AOILQ will follow its Q peer (VIICQ) to decline to 0.0002 very soon... Anyway today is the second session for AOILQ to hit the new low 0.001! 0.0005 tomorrow or next week? Why the trading volumes have been such low after the huge negative event --- CH7 Bankruptcy? CH7 is a very bad news for AOILQ! When will be the next key date in this CH7 Bankruptcy case? TIA!
AOILQ is a CH7 Q stock with millions of dollars debts! Thus the only valuation left here is: it could be used as a clean shell after the court closes the CH7 case. The MV at $0.002 is $114,211 v.s. the CH7 peer (viicq: 174M shares OS) is trading at only $34.8K MV (at 0.0002) now and the CH11 peer (gaxcq: 22M shares OS) is trading at just $15.4K MV (at 0.0007) currently! To match the MV with the two Q peers we should see AOILQ further decline to 0.0002 or 0.0006 respectively... Which means AOILQ will drop 86.7% or 60% from the current 52-week low 0.0015!
I never said I worked for AOILQ.
I did say that I worked in the same building in Suite 100. It was a long time ago (1987-1989).
As you can see, the AOILQ HQ would not be very large if it only used Suite 615.

As a result of its asset reallocation strategy, Armada has sold its properties in Plaquemines and Lafourche Parishes in Louisiana and has acquired the first of what it expects to be several additional midcontinent properties. The company now owns developmental properties in Woodson County, Kansas and Wyoming County, NY. In addition Armada controls approximately 9,400 net mineral acres in the liquids-rich Niobrara Play in Carbon County, Wyoming by virtue of its farmout agreement with Anadarko Petroleum. An initial test well has been drilled in this acreage position and the company is making preparations to complete that well and to drill developmental wells in 2015.
There are a significant number of proved undeveloped (“PUD”) drilling locations in Kansas which the company expects to drill in 2015, and the Company is actively seeking additional producing properties to add to its portfolio.
