Has everyone given up on these scam artists and just going to swallow their losses? These guys are shady crooks and we deserve answers.

I think we all have enough information at this point to take down these scam artists!

Marvin Shannon swindled his shareholders and investors! I warned you years ago. Now I have extra information. My girlfriend is a tax fraud lawyer, for white collar cases. I showed her what I knew about Metaswarm but I was missing something. She's very sharp and she dug deeper and found this.

First a recap. In Feb 2008 Metaswarm made this press release about how they raised $1 million from AIS -

and pick the Public Pair button. You get to a page where you pick the 'publication number' option and type in 20050132069. (First you have to pass an image id test to make sure you are human.) The result page gives the status of the pending. Pick the 'transaction history' tab. The page says

Notice the above date in 2005. Here's the skinny, when an application is abandoned, that's it. It can NEVER become a patent, it's worthless. Kaput. Finito.

Here's the smoking gun. Those 3 applications were listed in Schedule A, but worthless in 2008 when the $1 million was handed to Metaswarm. He left those in Schedule A to buff it up to impress and persuade Maxwell.

Marvin Shannon made a material misrepresentation for his financial gain. The textbook definition of fraud. He obviously thought correctly that Maxwell would never drill down into the patent database to find out. Slimy!

What can you do? If you are a shareholder, contact Maxwell. His firm has a website -

I don't know if this new poster is someone trying to find out if anyone is filing a complaint to warn anybody ,or if they are part of the mswm squad that try's to come in under a false name to get information, or if they are really a victim like most of us. I am assuming that it's a fraud because there has been no post after kitty Hawks post . But I can tell you this, my friend that talked me into buying the stock, feels so bad because we were both frauded has kept every single email and the entire chain of persons involved. And there's some pretty big players, and there is a third person that the new poster hasn't mentioned, and I'm sure there is a reason for that. There is stock certificates out there, i'm pretty sure they won't hold up under investigation, I can also tell you this goes pretty deep and most of us were set up ,I would say more but I would not like to jeopardize any investigation that may have been started. Or will be started. I can also let you know that any people posing as a imposters on this board is going down , because we know what is going on , I seriously would like to know if the new person on the board is legitimate. Because we are probably all going to have to get together to bring down the bad guys

I see you are a first time poster.Why have you remained silent for so long?Yes this was a scam perpetrated by Shannon;Lam and with the help of a certain poster on this site.Personally I wouldn't mind seeing all of them behind bars and stripped of their assets.I know a few people who were sent continual updates on the company's progress by a poster on this thread.If you read all the post's you will know who I am referring to.He has deleted most of his incriminating posts but I'm sure someone must have his fairytale updates on file.
I don't know if anyone still follows this board.I got tired of calling out said poster who prefers to remain in hiding.My only advice would be to PM some of the board posters and see what kind of reaction you receive.While the volume was relatively low on a daily basis I doubt that there would be 1 million invested here as it was not a heavily traded stock.
Keep the board posted on your progress if any.I'm sure others would gladly pitch in.

I am not going to let them get away with this. We were all scammed and lost $$$$! Has anyone filed a formal complaint with the authorities? Don't smell right to have a British Virgin Islands Metaswarm. Anything in BVI is obviously to hide our $$$. I plan to file with FBI. But it is my understanding that unless the amount of monetary loss is $1 mil or more, the authorities won't do anything. They can't investigate every complaint! Collectively, we surely will surpass that amount. I plan to file against Kent Lam and Marvin Shannon. These two are kicking back with our hard earned money! Even if I don't see a dime of my money back, I want to see these two scum bags behind bars. But if we can get FBI to investigate and find it was all a Ponzi, the authorities can liquidate their assets to repay us. What do you all say? You in?

Well also MSWM had a go to guy who posted here frequently that sent out private updates that were leading shareholders to believe that MSWM was on the verge of becoming one of the biggest Advertising company's in China.For example it was stated that there were big time investors who were going to invest millions in this company( of course it was always delayed for various reasons) and that MSWM would have control over WiFi throughout not only the Railway system but throughout all of China(imagine that);MSWM would also be dealing with one of the world's largest supplier for their Kiosk's and that the company MSWM would be in charge of all the advertising on the ATM's not to forget the millions that would be brought in via cellphone purchase...So you can imagine the anticipation of many shareholders.It was quite a scam they had going on.Imagine this the SEC was willing to help MSWM file their financials.....So some were told...Can you believe that MSWM's Accounting Firm suddenly went out of business...Talk about bad luck and that it would take months to find a new firm and provide the translation....How could anyone not have faith in this company I ask the board...Rest assured that our Illustrious CEO is not resting until all is well in MSWM Land...This post is on topic MSWM and only about the doings of this company therefore I trust it will not be deleted..Thank You

Another way that Marvin Shannon swindled his shareholders. Remember all those wonderful press releases and webpages about how Metaswarm was going to get contracts from various big Chinese companies and government agencies?

The contracts would have been signed by Metaswarm's subsidiary in Hong Kong. Or was it in Beijing? But the facts on the ground are that Marvin Shannon controls that subsidiary. Signs any contracts and deposits any monies into a bank account of the subsidiary. If he did the legit thing and passed the revenue back to MSWM, then ultimately, his share of it is just the prorated share ownership that he has of MSWM. But he does not own all of MSWM as you surely know, because you are the shareholders who got ripped off.

So if he say has 35% of MSWM stock, he gets 35% of the revenue. But if he controls the Chinese subsidiary, he can pull out 100% and keep it.

By the way, it is hard for a US based shareholder to detect this. YOu cant get access to the bank records of the subsidiary bank account in China. The Chinese govt will certainly not recognize a US court order.

The reason why S-JAY- Express wants to buy the certificates is because ; he wants to get the incriminating evidence back so he won't be the target of a class action lawsuit. My friend has talked to attorneys about this. If it has been misrepresented there could be a class action suit if there are enough victims. I think there is. Example: wasn't it supposed to be a internet security, then switched to cell phones, then media? Ect...... , that alone is misrepresentation, theft by deception? They can probably go after individuals involved in selling and misrepresenting, especially because they refused news, and that is a deliberate withholding of info., they can go after their property, accounts, ect....., , I would seriously like to know what they are going to come up with to prove what they used the money for,

My friends are very upset they lost their money under false pretenses, they have been watching this board, and are wondering why MSWM board members were threatening posters for the information that was all factual.
