It shows up as 16:09 which was 9 mins after the market closed and it was a SEQ trade. Just an out of sequence trade at a higher than asking price

Be nice if it trades up at some point or the lights get turned back on

Here is a screen shot from my TD Ameritrade account. I don't know or have any idea why CV was removed. There is no volume. But it was there the last time I looked. It and HGLC were the same. Strange after all these years. Web site seems to be active.

You missed the point of my post. I was looking at David Walters activity of August 20, 2021 wherein he is still involved. He has made money off his preferred shares all these years. I talked to him years ago where he suggested I look at owning preferred shares. I have no inside information on what will happen, but I think we will see some kind of activity. David and Mimi Walters sold all their share options and have paid themselves through their preferred shares. I recall the required filings of Mimi Walters showed considerable value in their MSFT holdings. We will know more come Wednesday!

I don't think management wants to give up their preferred shares. That's how they paid themselves all these years. IMO they have no common shares, just preferred. My guess is that there will be some kind of play before they are delisted.

Been here for awhile. Something is adrift. Millions of shares traded every day. For me, I'm going to stay the course. We may all be rewarded. I bought my millions when this company was moving. I will not give them away now.

I was here ten years ago. Talked to David Walters about this stock. He wasn't interested in the common shares. He made his money in his preferred shares. I even talked to the guy who ran the company. He was moved and didn't have any kind words for how the company was run. Perhaps this is a new day and new management is coming.
