SEE POST #250.

Stock should be trading for .025-.03 based on share structure.

Owners have been updating the shell, and it is just a matter of time before they fill it.

This is one of those plays you put a little into and you wait for it to develop, at current prices it is a bargin.

When the shell is filled I believe it will be a multi-dollar stock. Why? Because that is what Michael Anthony & Brian Scher do, they find good companies that want to go public.

Also I believe this used to be AMEX listed, if so it shouldn't take much to get there with a merger.

AQCY...American Quantum Cycles, Shell stock that is waking up after sleeping for the last 7 years. Check the Florida SOS below to see the filings that have been added over the last 6 months.

To be successful with shells get in early and hold, when the merger happens you can choose to sell off a few shares and hold the rest.

This shell only has 9.4 million OS, with about half that in the float, moves on air. Just coming off a bottom, has been rising over the last week. Current value of the shell at closing price of .005 on Friday is $47,000. Shell value should be at least 200,000-300,000 based on who owns the shell.... Michael Anthony & Brian Scher (do a search on these two) They both know how to bring a company to market and have had some huge movers. Any company they bring to merge with AQCY will be a multi-million dollar company. On merger this could be a .50-1.00 stock.
The risk to reward is one of the best I have seen with shells.

I wanted to share something with the patient longs from this board. As I posted some time back Brian Scher works with Michael Anthony. It appears they have another almost identical play to AQCY. Name change ammendment and reactivation. Only difference is HIRI still at .004, AQCY holding at .024 X .03.

HIRI- .004 X .005 Michael Anthony just re-instated and filed a name change ammendment.

All these Anthony shells started below a penny like HIRI,
SURF (.06), AIFP(.06 X .20) and REMH(.055 X .095)

Key to making money with them is to get in early. Haven't seen much mentioned about HIRI appears it hasn't been discovered yet.
