I'm just making an assumption, seeing its in the filing, that in Quarter 1, they plan to get rid of $55k. I have zero clue when they got out of this, but seeing this was at .0001, it could be close. Do the math.

sure is a whole heck alot easier with other much

lower float plays….

That is correct. There in the midst of a name and symbol change. Changes in the share structure other than what has been already filed during the application period with FINRA has to remain intact, or FINRA will simply withdraw the application until it reflects new adjustments. All the preferred and issues of any changes in share structure will come after the FINRA final approval. We know what is out there currently.

The above part was in reference to your post before this one.

As you say, pretty much debt free. The new company is starting on a great solid footing. The share structure increase is unusual and will bode well for ROI. There was plenty of liquidity under the previous share structure and I believe as I mentioned before that the new restricted share structure maybe asset based. Any additional workings with respect to preferred, warrants and convert will be made under the new entity.

Since the Preferred are canceled. It is becoming quite clear, that new management will not Dilute, will not Reverse Split, and there control block is owning 80% of the commons. Anything hitting the market now is debt buyers of old conversions like the ex CPA..

You won't know until the actual details emerge insofar as who got what. Logic dictates that those restricted shares could themselves be preferred conversions. With many going unrestricted at .0005. At this time it's pure speculation.

No one sold. If anything people were looking to buy more on Monday and Tuesday once the filings news spread. Who the hell is going to sell for a 2 tick gain with pending news? Those big blocks that someone bought at .0005 should be flipping out at the .0008 and above. And buying back in. Stair stepping it up. But momentum dried up because it's trading sideways. And someone is purposely doing it.

Me as well. Believe it or not, there are probably a few people I know holding 100 to 600 million shares. I'm not one of them but I hold a decent size. We have been here for years. So, we probably have a bill or so locked up.

When ByoPlanet was trying to merge in, they had an issue with FINRA responding to them. They got scared because they weren't gaining traction from FINRA and from what is stated in the most recent filing, there was indeed an understanding that had to be made with the prior CEO, Duffield or lender. That all got situated and it seems that FINRA may now be content.

So, the question is, like you stated with backlog, how long does this take to get the ticker and name change?

Well, remember, there was $55k left of debt. So, unless that is getting paid off, then major fund soaked up shares and have been relentlessly selling at this price point and until retail soaks it up, probably will sit here. News will help break through it or more retail comes in and buys all that is to offer there. That is another theory.

Actually, the folks that bought at .0002 bailed out at .0004 when the volume exploded. The current situation within this session is the churning effect and has many in a holding pattern for more direction from the company. This is generally normal trading pattern going into a New Symbol and Name change.

Notice Tuesday we had huge volume/buys in the .0004 and .0005 range. This appears we are on the bottom or support in this range.

FINRA has a backlog and there are a few issues mentioned on material events on a previous holding. I believe the issue has been resolved. If a concern on FINRA applicant during filing process, there will be a rejection submitted almost immediately via the filing to Web CRD. The process of time is in the direction of no issues is 4 weeks. If there a no complications or reporting issues after the application, there is 10-day grace period and notification is then sent out.

It keeps trading sideways as long as.0005s keep appearing. Which works against the new owners and shareholders. No one is flipping. Shares are locked up waiting on news. So it's anyone's guess as to where the .0005s are coming from.

Restricted shares are meaningless as they're tied into a certain price point in which they can trade. It's the conversions of preferred into common shares that you got to be on them look out for. Cause the insiders can.simply issue preferred shares at will.

It is debt free in trips. Essentially a unicorn. The entire transaction was done with in a quarterly report. No press release, no 8k. So I think the buyer is trying to keep this low profile till they are ready to release detail information. I am thinking this could be a nice size merger based on who they brought into the mix, including 2 merger specialists. BTW all Parties are Air Tight Silenced. No one is talking! Why so quiet??? hmmm

That's always going to be a big challenge on these trip 1 or 2 plays. Like you say, pretty nice 150% profit there. Unless there's just stunning news, a stock isn't going to just explode out of the trips right away. We got that initial news and it got it out of 1/2. We're stuck here until we hear more details. If it drops all the way back down there on no news, good or bad, I would suspect that would be a huge loading zone for a lot of people. The quarterly report clearly states they aren't a shell, and that control of the company has changed, right on page 1.
