Tradeable Float is 7 million and the O/S is 75,237,000
Current Price is .038 the stock price will more than double by next week Friday as many traders did not understand that this stock was indeed trading yesterday even though they saw 0 volume reflecting yesterday during the day.
GPHYF Volume Exlanation:
People have been asking why they can't see volume on GPHYF
Its because its a Foreign Trading Stock not registered with the SEC Filings. It costs a lot of money for out of country stocks to take those appropriate actions. Some stocks that are 5 letters long ending in a "F" do have their volume reported live on the US markets becaue they are registered with the SEC.
I talked to IR for GPHYF and he said in 5-10 days you can go to the following site http://www.cnq.ca/ for accurate volume information
I hope this helps. So once again you will not see any sized trades go through or a volume count until the eod when its updated. What you will see is Live MM Line up on L2. Don't let this push you away from trading a good high potential stock.

Geophysical Prospecting Inc. discovers kimberlite pipe target on Corbierre claims

TORONTO, June 29 /CNW/ - Geophysical Prospecting Inc. ("the Company", Pinksheet symbol GPHYF) is pleased to announce that the Company has received the dataset from an airborne geophysical survey using Mining Magazine's 2005 exploration-equipment award winner, Geotech Airborne Ltd's (www.geotechairborne.com), VTEM system on the Company's Corbierre leases in Wawa ON. The claims, covering 1,000 acres, are structurally located 4 kilometers northeast of Dianor's (DOR-V) major diamond discovery in Chabanel Twp.

A number of discrete magnetic anomalies are detected and Keating coefficients calculated by Geotech confirms that one is a priority kimberlite pipe target, which warrants ground follow-up. Electromagnetic conductors detected on the property have conductances and signatures consistent with base metal deposits and these will also be evaluated during the summer program.
GPI's Chairman Tony Dwyer said "The discovery of the kimberlite pipe target in an area surrounded by diamond discoveries provides the basis for an exciting exploration program for the summer months."
The Company is analyzing and planning a ground exploration program for the coming months to further explore the kimberlite potential of the targets identified and prospective base metal potential. Geophysical Prospecting Inc. has acquired a four claim mining lease in Corbierre Township northeast of Wawa, Ontario. The claims cover 720 acres or four square kilometers. The lease was purchased from Mr. John Archibald, the Company's new President, for stock and a production royalty. The lease is a sub-lease from Cedar Falls Inc. the Canadian entity holding the mineral and surface rights assets to the former Algoma Railway lands. These claims cover the entire infrastructure of the former past producing Josephine Iron Mine developed by Cominco and operated by the Algoma Ore Division of Sault Ste. Marie. These claims are structurally located 4 kilometers northeast of and on strike of Dianor's diamond discovery in the Wawa area and occupy similar geological structure and volcanic sequences observed covering the Dianor ground. This is the first acquisition by Geophysical Prospecting Inc. in its quest for significant land packages in Canada under its working mandate of utilizing geophysical prospecting methods for acquiring new ground.

In 1983 he started his first investment firm and grew it over the next ten years to become the 12th largest in Canada with over 100 employees. Lynn Moxham
Mr. Lynn Moxham started his career with Geological Survey of Canada and moved on to a number of Canadian mining and resource companies. In 1970, he joined the Mineral Resources Department of the United Nations and worked on mineral development and resource appraisal projects in Korea, West Africa, Burma, Chile, Argentina, India and Haiti. Later he spent several years at a mining consulting and investment house engaged in exploration and mining. He established his own consulting practice specializing in exploration programs in 1985. Mr. Moxham has a Ph.D in Geology from the University of Chicago and is licensed as a Professional Engineer and a Professional Geologist in Ontario, He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Society of Economic Geologists.
John P Rapski
Mr. Rapski has been a licensed professional prospector for 30 years. He has prospected throughout Canada and the US. Mr. Rapski owns and operates a professional Claim Staking Group in Northern Ontario.Mr. Rapski has substantial junior public company experience. Mr. Bob Lo has is a Geophysical Consultant, with over 20 years international experience in all aspects geophysical methods as applied to mineral exploration.
