Augster...we all remember it well and the way we once had a wonderful family like group which is hard to duplicate.Now if you go back to that thread it's a total idiotic group of animals that have no idea when we were trading and holding our breath between .10-.20 range for so long.It's a circus on the thread and it shall never be the same.

Hey Rob, i own a whopping 300 shares of it now. I sold most of it back in the days it was less than $2 and some more at $10 and came so close to selling the remaining 300 shares at $20 but those are the breaks. I'll always remember it though as it is the stock that gave me the $ to be able to invest the way I do now and not really feel that hurt after the market collapsed.

-- Fortune 500 Company Annual Report Cover -- In collaboration with a major advertising firm in Phoenix AZ, LivingImage(SM) Solutions in ANIMOTION(SM) will appear on approximately 100,000 annual reports for a major fortune 500 company. The annual report will be published in April. Therefore, the name of the Fortune 500 Company will be released in April.

-- WWF & Pokemon Characters for Back To School Products -- In collaboration with Plymouth of Radford VA, LivingImage(SM) Solutions in ANIMOTION(SM) will appear on millions of back toschool and non-back to school products starting in March.

-- Disney Characters for Multiple Disney Products -- In
collaboration with Cookies of New York NY, LivingImage(SM) Solutions in ULTRA-DV3D(R) and ANIMOTION(SM) will appear on thousands of new children's products in DisneyLand & DisneyWorld starting in May.

-- Major Sports & Entertainment Company -- In collaboration with Travel Tags of Minneapolis, MN, over 38 different LivingImage(SM) Solutions in ULTRA-DV3D(R) will appear on over 3 million specialty products for a major sports and entertainment company starting in April. Therefore, the name of this major company will be released in April after the product has been made available to the general public.

-- Medical Imaging for Special Medical Visual Aids -- In collaboration with Visual Odyssey of Atlanta GA, LivingImage(SM) Solutions in ANIMOTION(SM) will appear on thousands of specialty products for the medical profession starting in April.

-- High School Year Book Covers -- In collaboration with Superior Graphics of Fresno CA, LivingImage(SM) Solutions in ANIMOTION(SM) will appear on thousands of High School Year Book Covers for school year 2000 for a major publisher. The name of the major publisher will be announced after the product is introduced in June 2000.

-- First LivingImage(SM) XTRA-LARGE (XL) Trade Show Booth Display -- In collaboration with Travel Tags of Minneapolis, MN, LivingImage(SM) XL in ULTRA-DV3D(R) appeared at New Orleans for a major printing company in January. The spectacular Flying Eagle LivingImage(SM) was so well received at the printing company's booth that they we have received many requests from their customers for pricing and availability.

III. Technological Innovations & Creative Digital Design
Integration.

Under Bruce Sandig, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Scott Farmer, Creative Design Director we are continuing to push the envelope with the following major technological and creative design innovations:

-- Spectacular LivingImage(SM) XTRA-LARGE (XL) Unveiled at Exhibitor 2000 in Las Vegas -- In collaboration with ImageCraft of Phoenix AZ, LivingImage(SM) XL Solutions in ULTRA-DV3D(R) and ANIMOTION(SM) were exhibited to 5,000+ trade show professionals in February. The spectacular Phoenix Suns, Pokemon and Cobra Tire LivingImage(SM) XL displays were well received as we continue to receive requests for pricing and availability.

-- Installation of INTEL STRIKE Digital Design Workstations -- In March, we completed installation of what we consider the most powerful digital design workstations on the market today. These workstations form the core of the Digital Design Center in Phoenix and have allowed us to efficiently enhance our patent-pending advanced halographix process to deliver the most spectacular LivingImage(SM) Solutions available anywhere in the world.

-- LivingImage(SM) Solutions for In-Line Automated Packaging --During this quarter we have initiated joint development and esting with two of the largest packaging companies in the world. In collaboration with these two giant packaging companies we will be making major announcements regarding totally automated in-line production packaging integration of our LivingImage(SM) Solutions in ULTRA-DV3D(R) and ANIMOTION(SM) as the products roll-out this year.

-- Innovation of LivingImage(SM) XTRA-LARGE (XL) -- In collaboration with ImageCraft of Phoenix AZ, we have begun testing of two new technological innovations for producing LivingImage(SM) XL that will further differentiate Dimensional Vision while significantly improving the XL product and expanding the XL market simultaneously. These innovations will be ready for production integration in April and will be further explained in the next quarterly newsletter.

-- New and Updated Website -- We are at the final stages of completion of a newly redesigned website. The new website at www.dv3d.com will be launched on April 3, 2000. This website will showcase many of our new production LivingImage(SM)
Solutions.

IV. Production Process Management.

-- Strategic Production Alliances -- In March we increased our production capacity and capabilities through expanding collaborations with ImageCraft of Phoenix, AZ and Travel Tags of Minneapolis, MN making Dimensional Visions the only company that can design and deliver LivingImage(SM) Solutions in sizes from 1/2 inch up to 8 feet with total digital input (no films) for lithographic and photographic printing. On a total basis the three companies have over 400 employees and combined annual revenues in excess of $40 Million.

V. People & Financial Management.

-- Execution Team -- In March we increased the Dimensional Visions team (number of employees) to 10. Because we have carefully selected our strategic production alliance partners, we do not have to duplicate their respective infrastructures. Instead we continue to be totally focused on our LivingImage(SM) Solutions market leadership objective. Dimensional Visions is organized according to the same categories contained in this Newsletter.

-- Discovery Expo in New York City in June -- In February we committed to exhibit our LivingImage(SM) Solutions on June 15, 2000 at the Hilton New York at the Discovery Expo. Discovery Expo will include over 1,200 professional stockbrokers, fund managers and investment bankers. Our Expo Booth will display our total product offerings and company as a whole. The purpose of this show is to further broaden Dimensional Visions' exposure to the investment community and assist us in moving up to our nexttarget level of NASDAQ listing.
