It's a shell reverse merger from China. Oh boy! now it's seriously, too bad nobody got those .10 share.

Considering the potential discount for the buyout of 12 mil share should be around 35-40%.

.10 - 35% = .065 x 12,000,000 = $780k it's over priced. As the usual high cost is around $100k for a clean stinky shell. Not to leave out there was approximately $40k injected.

Which means that discount or share purchase contract had to be a lot less.

Regardless china reverse merger at buck quarter, this thing is going down, @ 1.25? way down.

I'm thinking: .125 cent target to begin the death spiral festivities. [wink]

Would imagine we will see an 8K here shortly with a Chinese change of control, will have to do some DD on the new company officers and see if I can connect any dots.

As I suspected, amendment to the last 10-Q shows this as a shell company now.

This 10Q is being amended for the sole purpose of checking “Yes” to the above question inquiring whether the registrant is a shell. No other changes are being made to the filing.

Yeah, no kiddin', nothing better than getting some shares for a dime and flipping them for a buck a day later....lol.

Honestly, even if a person had a .15 or .20 cent bid in, I doubt you would have gotten those shares, the MM's would have screwed you and took em' for themselves, it's happened to me many, many times.

Crap....really should have had a stinker bid in on this, BMIC's already moved to $1.10, unfortunately I have too many new tickers to watch and not enough $$$'s to spread around and put bids in...lol.

I'm not sure I totally believe this is going to be a mobile billboard advertising business, the filings don't indicate this is a shell company but it could essentially be one, wouldn't be surprised at all to see a change of control shortly.

Appreciate it. I primarily only follow newer trading, fully SEC reporting companies, many times I don't even have shares in those that I'm posting on, I'm just bringing them to the attention of those who follow me, and like these particular types of plays.

I have some pretty interesting ones on my watchlist, that could start trading any day now, so stay tuned.

First trade on this ticker today 5K @ .10, BMIC jumped on the high bid @ .51 after that so this is probably going to get started soon.

Have not done much DD at all at this point, just watching right now.
