Trading conditions improved in the second half of 2019 as compared to the first half 2019 with orders placed approximating $9.3 million (1H 2019: $7.1 million), an increase of 30%, and revenue recognized of approximately $7.8 million (1H 2019: $7.1 million), an increase of 9%. Importantly, much of this increase was from the Group's larger and more important customers, albeit not yet having recovered to 2018 run-rate levels. This second half performance resulted in orders placed for the full year totaling approximately $16.5 million (2018: $16.1 million) and revenue recognized of approximately $14.9 million (2018: $16.4 million), in line with previous guidance.

Five-Year Master Purchase Agreement from a Fortune 50 conglomerate

SALEM, NH / ACCESSWIRE / October 10, 2019 / ProPhotonix Limited, (OTC: STKR; London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX), a designer and manufacturer of LED illumination systems and laser diode modules with operations in Ireland and the United Kingdom, today announces the award of a five year supply agreement, for custom LED illumination devices and maintenance products, from a Fortune 50 conglomerate (the "Agreement").

The custom LED illumination devices feature a unique design incorporating multiwavelength configurations and automated software to control spectral balance and the automated configuration of hardware deployment.

200k share buy at open....... BTIG still not moved.... I sold for a slight loss after it did not move. But this is still follow closely on my watchlist

so to recap, within the past year we have had the CEO buy, an overhaul of the largest ownership position split up into various institutional investors, and now another fund has bought a million shares.
it's true that BTIG has been on the ask for years. it was darned near a miracle when he moved off of .12. i figured he has been selling for whoever the seller was in the big transfer of ownership...meaning that he'd leave the ask once the shares were transferred. but that hasn't been the case unfortunately.

i feel like management ought to expend some resources into figuring out who this seller is, and whether some side deal can be worked out with the myriad institutions that are now shareholders. darn, it's not Christmas yet.

they recently overhauled their website. It looks a lot better "fresher" and "cleaner" and "futuristic"

I don't generally put much money into anything on the OTC, unless I'm really confident in it, which is extremely rare. I typically spend between $500 - $1500 tops on any play, I'm a big believer in managing risk.

if you don't mind me asking what is your total position here?

Plus, this company is fundamentally stronger then the majority of other crap you find on the OTC, so I don't mind holding this for awhile and see what happens...............if it doesn't pan out then so be it, it was worth a gamble based on the volume spike and large blocks that traded IMO.

Yeah, as quickly as the mysterious volume appeared, it is now gone, just as mysteriously...:shrugs:. Don't know what to make of it, but I'm just going to hold on to my position for awhile and see how things unfold. Can't think all those big buys were for nothing, surely BTIG can't hold this down forever, got to move eventually.

I have seen promo loading on a much larger scale than this many times, however, I'm not sure if the volume spike we're seeing here is a precursor to a awareness campaign or promo yet.

IMO the volume seems too intermittent, it just a couple huge blocks, followed by a very small amount of retail buying, idk it's really hard to say. I would not rule out a possible promo, but I'm not 100% convinced yet either......clearly something is going on, the volume increase and large blocks here are extremely unusual for this ticker historically.....but what I have no clue.

You usually see an unusual uptick in volume before a pump & dump scam or promotion takes place. But never to the volume we are seeing right now. IT is just to much to be "fake" This is going to be s disappointing if the stock doesnt move after our buy is done...

Not sure, there is someone on Twitter saying that BTIG has been a 'roadblock' here for a couple years, historically it's been stuck in the .08 - .14 cent range for quite a long time.....however, it's never had the volume it's had recently either.

Officially insiders must file for 4's, at least company officers and directors, unofficially it seems like insiders are loaded pretty frequently, all across the OTC, especially promoters.

Don't they have to file a form 4 if it is insiders buying? The ceo bought 30,000 shares @.125 on MArch 16th and they released a statement 3 days later on the 19th. IF this is the same buyer they would have to be listed as a Majority Stockholder by now on their Website

well i have 20,000 shares now @ .14 average.wont be able to add more until next week. I'm fine with my position right now. Gut feeling says this explodes soon. But in reality i have no idea who is behind the MM BTIG and what their intentions are

assuming this is the same buyer they have around 3 million shares @.014 for $420,000 worth of stock. I mean honestly once this Buyer is done loading. He can easily move the price with the money this buyer has on their own by buying at the ask from retail. manipulating the price to their benifit. It would only probably take $100,000 of buying power to move this into the .20s

Another $70K dollar trade, so in the past 5 years I believe there has only be 3 or 4 days of 1M+ volume, and the last 3 trading sessions have now surpassed 1M volume...hmm.

When/if BTIG ever gets out of the way, this should move pretty well.

Probably about 8 times out of 10 if you follow the $$$'s, you will make $$$'s, and this has been getting some pretty big buys out of the blue, which is unusual for this ticker.

That combined with the fact that fundamentally, this also looks pretty good, the 92M ss is a bit higher than I'd like, however, the balance sheet itself looks quite good for a stock of this pps.

Yeah, most certainly, just looking at the historical volume over the past year or so this has been pretty thinly traded, something is clearly happening now. I would think at some point BTIG will move, and the stock will be allowed to start moving up.
