VGEN is severely delinquent in filing the company's Financials. The stock is at risk of an SEC Suspension and subsequent stock registration revocation.

I looked into this a few months ago. Looked promising but

1) CEO is a scumbag and doesn't respond to emails
2) The person who was in charge of the clinical trial left the company (you can see her details on clinicaltrials.gov and then Google her name)
3) Their twitter account is still there but no one posts on it (last I checked)
4) Website hasn't been updated either
5) Ben Carson used to be involved. No need to go further than that

Recap: scumbags and crooks run this company. Stay away unless you're willing to risk for a future promo
