ADS UK accounts are supposedly overdue, in the UK, if you don’t file in time they add a Struck off! ADS UK have changed the filing dates to match ADS USA with the OTC quarterly and year ends (Jan-Dec end), ADS UK was June to June. Just the UK companies house incompetence.
