Yeah, I initiated the transfer with then,TD Ameritrade, now Schwab. They completed the transfer on their end but it never made it to Upstream. I’m kind of stuck in limbo at this point, not sure how it’ll play out, but thanks for the info

But BTCS says to contact your broker to initiate the transfer

The company said its current assets increased by $23M to ~$27M.

Well, finally talked to my Broker as he has to make the initial transfer. He was clueless but looking into it
But my concern is Boustead Securities. Researching them and finding legal issues
I have burned by a criminal crypto exchange before, Uphold, and the background info on this one concerns me
Not sure if I will proceed at this point.

Agreed. Below is the reply from their IR to my email. If you leave it in your brokerage w/o doing anything, there would be no value to it. If you move to the other platform, there will be some % of dividend or something per their management approval etc... That is much what I understanding.

"Thanks for the email. That is correct the Series V is listed on Upstream, if you want to move your shares to Upstream there will be a value assigned to them and we are working to build liquidity on the Upstream exchange.
