This stock is next up on the list to be "REVOKED".

Most likely just waiting for the court to issue final judgement.

The company's suspended just before CRPZ were revoked last week so

this week or next week will be the end.

You can trade this stock on Grey Market (no Bid/Ask) after the suspension is over in 10 days (April 21). KMAG was suspended and has been trading on the Grey market for a few years now and it has had some good runs.

No one can sell. The SEC suspended the stock from any further trading. There is really nothing to do now cause the stock no longer trades.
