Going throw in some speculation.

In another stock (NFEI) moved TA's from Corporate stock transfer to EQ Share Owner Services. That ticker has been acquired by Ben Berry of Synergy Management

TXGE moved TA's this past July 2020 from Standard Register to EQ Share Owner Services.

TXGE dissolved as a Corp. back in 2016. It would take some time/work to get the company revived in Nevada. The cost to do this is rather cheap and maybe around 1k

The 100k in average daily volume has been consistent since summer 2020

I think the "ball" has been rolling since the change in TA's. Best guess is one of shell buyers has acquired TXGE. Tickers do not change Transfer agents for nothing.

Its possible the old TXGE management has revived the company again. More likely one of the "shell buyers" has snapped up TXGE.
I am thinking Synergy Managment, though nothing is confirmed yet.

Any one from Lazar to Arcaro could have TXGE. Have not been able to confirm/find news on this

These are the best stocks many times

Not a "twit" from Twitter making a peep

Agreed this is a speculative hold no doubt

Low floater and there is a new TA since July 7 (EQ shareowner Services)

Same thing has happened with NFEI (new TA EQ Shareowner Services)
recently

It is rare for pinks to change TAs

I would not put too much into this until something noteworthy pops in.

I bought some of this based on volume of the past 3 yrs. Call this one of my volume play

Low floaters are the way to go !!!!!

Slow creeper for sure. If anyone is in this for slow beer cash, you will get a long term gain for that extra "tall boy" lol

IMHO I think this will do "something" Cant see a company switching TAs for fun

This did rocket in Jan 2019 to .10 then back to .02

Putting in 500-700 or so is worth the low risk IMHO. 10 million float

Company is dissolved on the NVSOS site since 6-23-16

Something in the works. Companies do not change Transfer agents too often.

Interesting barchart.com comparison between RVDO and TXGE

Short term: 100% buy (both stocks)

Medium term: 100% buy (both stocks)

Long term: 100% buy (both stocks)

TXGE is .016 and RVDO is .41.

The barchart.com similarities are amazing. Difference is obviously price.

TXGE has an 8.3 million float (low floater).

Just need news for a catalyst.

At the moment there is only sustained volume for the past month

A dissolution is sometimes used as a way for executing an RM

Disconnect the old company to pave way for a new company

Company is a shell at this point

Consistent 200k or so volume past 5 weeks. This type of activity happened in Jan 2019 too and then no activity.

Based on the hiccup volumes in Jan 2019 and Oct 2019 price jumps, it seems common for RMs to have "red tape" delays. May need to file forms for this or that.

Volume indicates something going on behind the scenes. A slow and solid ascent so far

Expecting a 200-300k volume day for June 1, 2020

Possible "revival" from dissolution?

The company officers are listed as active from the NVSOS, even though the company is dissolved.

Seems straight forward to revive the company from dissolution in Nevada by paying some fees.

Average of 200k volume daily the past month plus that 1 million trading day

Maybe the old officers will get this shell going again or sell it?

Slow uptrend with maybe a summer burst?

A "certificate of revival" can be filed in Nevada. Essentially its as if the dissolution never happened

The costs are around 400-500

Lazar and Arcaro tend to acquire NV corporation shells

TXGE is incorporated in NV

Shells are in the 200k+ range

Seems a straight forward easy process

Consistent 200k daily volume the past 6 weeks with a 1 million share trading day

TA stopped updating OS daily since Feb 2020. Something incoming?

This has been creeping up from .0055 to .01 for past 2 months

No real volume so far

my last experience with a stock having an 8 million float went to over 2.50

Not saying this will go to 2.50 lol. Seems this is a shell now and no TA updates on structure

This might be heavily shorted (8M float)

Check the volume of buys/sells

Buys are at near the ask almost always and sells near .005. Stock is trending upward instead of down from all the "sells"

Think this is worth watching closely again

Weird trades this past month

Pattern is a bunch of daily 100-to-250k sells followed by buying after the sells in nearly the same amount (100-250k daily buys)

A screenshot of the alleged spam would help

Just typing the word spam does not make it so. You see posts from more than 1 person if there is TXGE spam
