Cephas Holding Corp (OTC: CEHC) is a developer and marketer of digital applications. Our focus is on mobile applications for the iPhone platform and most recently related social networking applications for platforms such as Twitter and Facebook. We also take ownership positions in complimentary content producers such as The Network Talent.

Modeling industry veteran Paul Fisher is planning to bring together hundreds of small agencies around the world in a new venture called The Network. The Network will give Paul the leverage to change the industry from the inside out. He has two missions: to make sure agents in small towns no longer get screwed, and to empower models to take control of their careers and lead healthier lives.

The Network Talent

Cephas Holdings Inc seeks out strategic partnerships, equity investments, and other nontraditional opportunities to build value for its shareholders.  Following that model,The Network Talent, LLC is one of the first investments thatCEHC has made.   The Network Talent, LLC is part modeling agency, part social network, and part force for good tied together by an all star team, a reality show, and a collection of thousands of aspiring models from around the world.  The next Cindy? The next Giselle?  The next Tyra? That's the goal of The Network.

The Network generates revenues from fees paid by models and actors, commissions paid by clients for models, agencies pay a fee to join the network and a percentage of bookings, industries services provided to models and backoffices management fees of talent, reality show revenues, advertising on The Network websites. Cephas owns 10% of the equity of The Network Talent.

Based in Los Angeles, The Network is led by a management team that has handled stars such as Naomi Campbell, Stephanie Seymour, Nicky Hilton, Kimora Simmons, Brooke Burke, Carla Bruni, Eva Herzigova, and many other world recognized names.

The Network is currently working on a reality show with the CW television network in association with Sony and Fly on the Wall Productions.

Rich Franklin App Coming Soon

We currently developing the signature iPhone app of MMA legend and former UFC champion, Rich Franklin.  Having won numerous titles and awards and competing on some of the biggest stages in the world, many analysts and fighters consider Rich to be one the greatest mixed martial artist of all time.   Rich's signature app allows fans anywhere in the world to stay connected to news, tips, and games related to this icon.

Wanderlei iPhone App

We are building a series of apps with MMA legend and UFC star Wanderlei Silva. Know as "The Axe Murder", Wanderlei is one of the most well known and well respected MMA competitors in the world.  Wanderlei's next fight is againt Chris Leben in July at UFC 132.

 

Fight Academy

Up until now, if you did not live near an MMA school,  it was virtually impossible for you to learn how to become a fighter. But now, due to global internet availability and the widespread use of video-sharing technology, you can learn it all directly from the some of the best teachers in the world.

Our team has discovered that the order in which you learn the techniques of a particular fighting style greatly affects the amount of time it takes you to master it.  However, a student who learns the techniques in random order in group classes is constantly feeling overwhelmed and confused, whereas one who learns them in the logically defined, linear format comprehends  the principles more effectively, builds reflexes more rapidly, and never feels left behind. This is our approach to the courses at Fight Academy.
