As some of you know I'm a value microcap guy, and although I don't think that party is over, and although I'm currently a bear, I have been finding numerous mid & big caps attractive, and a lot of them are more attractive then I have seen in many years.

So what are we looking for? (Keep in mind this criteria is a guideline)

1) Companies need to have a market cap of 1 billion or better, I'm keeping this guideline loose, because I want many stocks to apply.
2) Companies must be profitable, and I can't state enough how sometimes people make a case for a stock as a value using other means of valuation, but for me I only want stocks with profits talked about on this board. I'm not going to give PE guidelines, because each industry has there own ways to judge valuation, I mean a financial company doesn't get the same PE as a software company.
3) We will also talk about things that affect the broader market, such as economic events, and our personal outlooks on the markets.
4) Although I'm a fundamental guy, I do not mind technical analysis on the board, because I do use some myself, although I'm no chartist to say the least. Although Fundies Vs. Technicals is a discussion for another board. I will say that when we get a good technical story, with a good fundamental story, that is where the best money is generally made.

Rules of The Board.
1) People can have different opinions then you on this board, I will insist that we do not get into namecalling, and we must be respectful of others, even if you totally disagree with them.
2) Lets have some fun.
