Caution: ADPC is believed to be a "zombie ticker" that does not actually represent shares of an active corporation.  In a telephone call as described in post #842, a former executive stated that the corporation was legally dissolved.  If this information is accurate, ADPC is not actually a viable "shell" for use in a reverse merger or other corporate transaction.  However, it is still a tradable ticker that had a huge run in August 2011.
