Earth First Technologies (EFTI)

15-12g filed by John Stanton on May 24, 2011.  (This was the same day that he filed a 15-12g for USEI).  Stanton successfully sold off the USEI shell this past month and the stock took off in price to almost nickel.  The play here is that he may sell off this shell next. 

The 15-12g is important because it suspends the company's duty to file.  All those shells and lottos that were suspended recently were companies that failed to file but were still registered with the SEC.  That is not an issue here, and so we can wait until a material development happens (assuming one actually does happen).  It is a gamble for now, straight up.
