We wait. Mr. He is most likely either waiting for the toxic lender to give in and make a deal or for the SEC to prosecute them.

In the meantime the Business License in Nevada is in default for failing to file the Annual List by 2/28/23. If this is not repaired within two years someone can file a request in court to take over as Custodian.

I agree, but the first order of business is to get rid of that pesky toxic lender holdout. With all of the buying today maybe, just maybe, that has happened. One can dream.....

SEC rule changes have been talked about but are probably a few years out yet. They still have litigation going to establish the precedents for their position on unregistered dealers. My concern is that at some point the SEC will delist the Three Amigos for inactivity.
