Mr. Peter Van Dyke, CEO of Integrity Aircraft Holdings Corporation ( IAHL ), today 10/02/07 stated that it has been in the process of developing, manufacturing and marketing of a low cost 20 seat, high performance, single engine turbo prop aircraft to be known as "INTEGRITY." "The Integrity will be powered by a high horse power turbine (Honeywell TPE 331-12, 1100 Hp using Jet-A fuel (located high up in the tail fin)). "The company expects massive savings will be realized in the certification of the basic airframe design, certifications and capabilities as we have already acquired certain Intellectual Properties of previously developed aircraft that will be utilized in the manufacturing of this aircraft. "The Integrity is a unique aircraft. It has the most economical means, both in acquisition and operational costs (1.9M per Aircraft) and (cost per seat, per mile) of moving 18 to 20 passengers by air. There is nothing like it on the market. It is my opinion that we will have no direct competition. Additionally, no new aircraft design could possibly recoup the massive development cost and compete with the acquisition costs. It will be produced at a low cost and will sell with an excellent margin, priced so that small airlines will be able to acquire it. "Furthermore, the Integrity can, on a regular basis, have a take off and landing capability of short take offs and landings (STOL), and can land on grass, sand, and unimproved runways. Most importantly, Integrity creates the possibility to service areas previously inaccessible for this size aircraft," said President and CEO Mr. Peter Van Dyke. In the words of a senior Honeywell executive: "Regarding the Integrity Aircraft program, it appears they have the right airframe for the right market at the right time."

** IAHL Corporation Announces Cancellation of the Thrush Acquisition ** ...... Archive Information ~ #msg-30355342

CAPE CORAL, Fla., June 25 -- IAHL Corporation (IAHL) today announced a mutual cancellation of the Thrush Aircraft acquisition. "Thrush Aircraft, Inc., has determined that it is not in our best interest to consummate the sale of its stock to IAHL. The increased demand for the Thrush Aircraft worldwide, and the production resources necessary to fill that demand, will not allow for Thrush or its facilities to be used for other product development. Thrush management and its employees wish IAHL the best in their pursuit of the development of the Integrity program," said William Larry Bays, President Thrush Aircraft, Inc. IAHL is still in the process of multiple negotiations pertaining to aviation related acquisitions/mergers both domestically and internationally in particular. The company is restricted from discussing these deals in depth by several non disclosure agreements at this time; however the company can discuss that these negotiations pertain to licensing agreements regarding certain proprietary technology and a major manufacturing facility abroad. IAHL also is currently in the processes of negotiating $60,000,000 (Sixty Million Dollars) of debt financing, from hedge funds, pension funds and private high net worth individuals. These funds will be in the form of a combination of Dollars and Euros, the company expects to have these funds available in the very near future. "The company needless to say is disappointed regarding the end result of the Thrush Aircraft acquisition, however this is just one of several acquisitions that the company has been working on and we will continue with our other projects and bring them to completion," said Mr. Peter Van Dyke, President, IAHL Corporation.
