Features of ADTI Phase shifter (Beam Steering Technology)
Ultra wideband (2 to 40 GHz) low loss beam scan (phase shifter)
Technology

  • Has ability to provide progressive phase shift across a number (min. 4)
Adjacent antenna elements in array for beam scan, with single voltage and single RF input.
•         Insertion loss < 1 dB up to 20 GHz and < 2 dB up to 40 GHz as
Compared to 8 – 10 dB loss for wideband solid-state phase shifters
•         Power handling capability > 100 W
•         Response Time < 1 ms
  Performance of ADTI’s Phase Shifter

Features of ADTI Antenna Array Element
These are planar antennas that operate over wide bandwidths from 2 to 20 GHz and from 8 to 40 GHz and are well suited for broadband radar and multi-frequency high data rate communication systems.
Operating Frequency Bands
L to C-Band (2 – 8 GHz)
C to X-band (8 to 12 GHz)
X to Ka-band (12 to 40 GHz)

Performance of ADTI Antenna Elements

Features of ADTI Diplexer/Multiplexer
The RF communication systems require diplexer/multiplexer network at the antenna port to isolate transmit and receive signals and to avoid signal interference and cross-talk effects. Such diplexer/multiplexer designs must provide low insertion loss and high power capabilities in the-transmit mode, low loss and steep attenuation at transmit and out of band signals in the receive mode. In addition, the diplexers and multiplexers must suppress parasitic harmonics and inter-modulation (IM) frequency products generated in both transmit and receive paths.
ADTI’s new diplexer/multiplexer designs meet these stringent requirements. These diplexers are needed for simultaneous data transmit and receive in a RF communication system. The multi-channel diplexer/multiplexer design operates from X-band to Ka band (8 to 40 GHz) that will provide significant improvements in wideband multi-channel data transmission between the satellites and other space-based and ground based communication systems.
These MIC-based multiplexer designs are implemented to replace the waveguide type multiplexers (filters), which are very expensive, heavy and bulky.

Performance of ADTI Four-channel Multiplexer

Features of ADTI RF Transceivers
RF communication system in which transmit and receive functions are carried out simultaneously requires two transceivers, each transceiver uses a common or shared antenna aperture for carrying out both transmit and receive functions, simultaneously. For full duplex communication systems the isolation between the transmit channels and receive channels is critical. ADTI transceiver designs are capable of isolating transmit and receive channels by 80 dB min.
