2011-2015 Fincial Projections http://www.mcendeavors.com/pr-2011-08-09.html MC Endeavors Financial Projections 2011-2015 The Company Retires 342,000,000 Shares to the Treasury
LAGUNA HILLS, CA, August 9, 2011 - MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY), a provider of natural disaster resistant building systems that are both passive and actively energy efficient, announced the Company's financial projections for 2011 through 2015.
According to Tim Algier, MC Endeavors CEO, he prefaced the report by stating, "We project revenues of approximately $0.8 million in 2011, and $18.9 million in 2015. Margins are likely to expand with the Company increasing its customer base, and reducing our fixed costs. We expect the Company to be cash flow positive from Q3-2011 onwards."
Mr. Algier went on to say that, "These figures are based on the increased demand and RFPs for reconstruction of homes and buildings in the disaster recovery cities of Japan, Haiti, Chile, New Zealand and Korea. Our new line of steel tube-frame homes can be built in a local factory along with our local JV partnerships. The building modules can be trucked directly to the site with low-boy trailers and placed directly on to our proprietary Seismic Foundation Base Isolators. Our new line of generators, flexible solar films and tiles, and direct current wind props are all being integrated into our building system modules to economically provide our customers with true self-sustaining off-grid capability." MC Endeavors, Inc. (aka MCE) is a publically traded company OTC- PinkSheets: "MSMY". We are working globally to be the leading provider of natural disaster resistant building systems that use steel tube framing systems and rigid closed- cell foam insulation instead of conventional structural wood framing and rolled fiberglass insulation. MCE is an international Smart- Home Builder and Sustainable Community Developer utilizing green technologies such as solar, wind, and biogas powered generators along with water remediation and retention storage systems. We are a corporation that "holds" several technology companies. We are architects, engineers, and inventors that think "out- of- the- box" so- to- speak when it comes to building technologies and green community planning. Below is a list of what we focus on:
International Smart- Grid Home Builder
Earthquake & Hurricane Resistant Residences
Independent Self- Sustainable Community Developer
Green Master Planning - LEED Certified
Water Remediation & Retention Storage Systems
Sewage Digestion & Remediation Systems
Multi- Fuel Generators
Mission Statement
http://mcendeavors.com/mission.html
Our mission is to be the premier provider of natural disaster resistant housing and small commercial buildings that can withstand the constant onslaught of hurricanes, tornados, and earthquakes while still remaining economical and environmentally sensitive. MCE has researched and developed structurally superior products and systems that are designed with safety in mind for building occupants and will eliminate the rebuilding of homes and businesses after every hurricane, tornado, or earthquake. By providing our customers with long- lasting products that are environmentally friendly, we offer safety and a viable green alternative to wood and unreinforced masonry building systems. Our systems and products also play a key role in project designs that are eligible for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
Ask Yourself Why?
I want you to think about why hundreds of those mobile homes and most of the stick and brick homes disappeared in Tuscaloosa a couple of weeks ago. They just vanished. And the insurance companies are going to buy the same type mobile homes made with 2"x2" studs as a replacement for those who were lucky enough to have survived and had tornado insurance. Why do that? Ecomomics? For almost the same cost they could purchase and build a home that was constructed differently, with alternative methods and technologies that could stand 225 mph winds or an 8.0 earthquake. We need to educate and we (MCE) need to be the designer and builder or even better, the master planning firm and the developer. Acceptance of "change" is our biggest obstacle. The building industry (here in the US) has big lobbyists and big money and they construct with only the "bottom- line" as a goal. You would think that building with "safety" is a common goal and an important issue, but it really is not. Using wood for structural elements and fiberglass insulation for passive temperature protection are bad practices. Period.
We build with 2"x2" welded steel tubing for strength and then we use Rigid Closed Cell Insulation for passive temperature protection. So our "enemies" become Weyerhaeuser and Owens- Corning.
So when we weld a lightweight steel roof truss to our welded tube wall modules to our welded steel floor joists and then spray closed cell foam 4" thick under the roof deck, in the walls and then under the floor between the floor joists, you have created an structural "igloo" that will not move and will not burn. And when we anchor the steel building frame to base isolators, the building will absorb all movement created by hurricane winds and earthquakes. Our homes cannot have the wind sucked out of the house and never implode like the buildings did in Tuscaloosa or burn down like the houses in the Texas wildfires.
Costs? We roll all the tube steel in our factory and cut out all the middlemen that raise the costs. Our studs are spaced 2 feet on center instead of 16" on center (less material). We mix and spray all the foam and cut out all the middlemen that would raise the costs. We use machine automation to construct the roof trusses and floor joists. We (will) manufacture the base isolators. The house modules are delivered from the factory and set on the footings with one crane. Steps and patios are attached and then these homes would absorb another earthquake, flood, fire, or hurricane.

CENTIUUM Holdings Inc. is an international Smart- Home Builder and Sustainable Community Developer utilizing green technologies such as solar, wind, and biogas powered generators along with water remediation and retention storage systems. We are a corporation that "holds" several green technology companies. We are architects, engineers, and inventors that think "out- of -the -box" so- to- speak when it comes to green building technologies and green community planning. Below is a list of what we focus on:
Freedom Smart Construction Homes for Disaster Prevention
Independent Off- the- Grid Communities
Self- Sustainable Living and Work Places
Green Master Planning - LEED Certified
Retention and Storage of Storm Water
Raw Sewage Remediation using Plasma Incineration Systems
Biogas Energy Generation from Landfills & Waste Streams
MC Endeavors, Inc. engages in the supply and contracting of masonry products for commercial and residential properties in the Bismarck and Mandan, North Dakota area. The company was formerly known as Mees Masonry Corp. and changed its name in November, 2010. MC Endeavors, Inc. was founded in 1968 and is based in Menoken, North Dakota.
BUSINESS SECTORS:
Renewable Energy: The demand for fossil fuels is reduced when renewable energy sources are used because non- biomass renewable sources of energy (hydropower, geothermal, wind, and solar) do not directly emit greenhouse gases. The production and use of renewable fuels has grown substantially in recent years as a result of higher prices for oil and natural gas due to the emergence of China & India as growing consumers of oil & natural gas that many say will soon surpass U.S. consumption of these fossil fuels. Production of renewable fuels have also been driven by a number of State and Federal Government incentives, including the Energy Policy Acts of 2002 and 2005 and the use of renewable fuels is expected to continue to grow well beyond the next 30 years. The methods CENTIUUM uses to create renewable energy are patented technologies that incinerate wastewater & sewage while creating smart- grid electricity and an integrating patented technology that captures low temperature waste gases that are presently being emitted into the atmosphere by industry and converts them into smart- grid electricity.
Smart- Grid & CDM Business: The 2- way digital communication technology of the Smart- Grid & Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) allows for emission- reduction (or emission removal) projects in developing countries to earn Certified Emission Reduction (CER) credits, each equivalent to one ton of CO2. These CERs can be traded and sold, and used by industrialized countries to a meet a part of their emission reduction targets under the Kyoto Protocol. A smart grid delivers electricity from suppliers to consumers using two- way digital technology to control appliances at consumers' homes to save energy, reduce cost and increase reliability and transparency. The smart grid includes an intelligent monitoring system that keeps track of all electricity flowing in the system.
It also incorporates the use of superconductive transmission lines for less power loss, as well as the capability of integrating alternative sources of electricity such as solar and wind. When power is least expensive, a smart grid could turn on selected home appliances such as washing machines or factory processes that can run at arbitrary hours. At peak times it could turn off selected appliances to reduce demand.
Freedom Smart- Grid Homes: CENTIUUM's "uniquely patented building systems" automate the building of a home in a factory which allows for assembly at the site. Housing development and assembly of the components right there in the community using local workers allows them to build and take "ownership" of structurally sound and energy efficient homes literally within days instead of months which may potentially save lives in areas of need. Communities will be integrated with Smart- Grid and Renewable Energy sources to become self- sufficient.

Sustainable Eco Business Development and Environmental Engineering Services: The sustainable eco development is based on the assumption that societies need to manage three types of capital (economic, social, and natural), which may be non- substitutable and whose consumption might be irreversible. We place waste- to- gas energy conversion technologies at landfills in cities. We provide scientific, consulting and engineering services for water resources, groundwater, watershed management, mining, geotechnical, steam exhaust, & environmental management and program services for water and wastewater facilities.

MC Endeavors has Agreed to Acquire Majority Interest of ENGENAIRE to Manufacture Smart- Grid Switches and Variable Speed Generators for MCE
Laguna Hills, CA, February 14, 2011 - MC Endeavors, Inc. (OTC- Markets: MSMY) and announced that it has agreed to acquire the majority interest of ENGENAIRE, Inc. of Elkhart, Indiana to manufacture Smart- Grid Switches and Variable Speed Generators with the MCE Label for distribution and sales worldwide. This partnership will bring to MCE an additional piece of its GREEN technology in connection of electrical production generated from wind and gas.
Tim Algier, CEO of MC Endeavors, outlined, "This is a very important partnership because it solidifies our position in the self- sustainable building industry by providing both residential and commercial clients with patented variable speed generators that connect directly to the grid without going through an expensive rectifiers and converters using patented safety approved smart- grid switches that prevents generated electricity from entering the electrical grid back to the utility during accidents, downed power lines and blackouts."
Larry Pendell, Principal of ENGENAIRE, emphasizes, "The Variable Speed Generator will produce constant numbers of AC cycles (like 60 cycles per second for example) regardless of the input shaft speed. The shaft can run from 0 to the mechanical limits of the generator depending on its design. The amount of torque times the speed of the shaft determines the output in Kilowatts up to the capacity of the generator." Larry went on to say that, "The advantage of this design is that you can hook the generator directly to the grid without going through a rectifier/inverter. Besides being very expensive, rectifier/inverters are prone to trouble and problems and have relatively high maintenance costs. This is a major savings for the end user."

MC Endeavors, Inc. Establishing Alliances with Strategic Partners in Austin, Texas to Meet Anticipated Growth
AUSTIN, TX, October 6, 2011 - MC Endeavors, Inc (Pink Sheets: MSMY) announced today that it has been establishing alliances with strategic partner companies located in Austin that will enable the localization of their green component technologies and integrate them into their building systems and designs.
Tim Algier, CEO of MCE stated, "Integrating the production of wind, solar, and energy storage components locally in one city together with our steel supplier and roof truss manufacture in one place not only saves time and money, but puts us on a level way above other housing manufacturers that just produce a stick- built box." Below is a list of the strategic alliances so far:
Viryd Wind Turbines of Austin has a proprietary rotor, drive train, tower technology and design that consistently produces a 33% lower cost- per- kilowatt- hour and has a 25% to 39% higher Annual Energy Production (AEP) than any other comparable turbines.MCE will design a space for the electronic components into their garage design so that they will be able to install and set up the wind turbine towers in 2 days instead of 30- 60 days like the competition.
Valence Advanced Energy Storage Solutionsof Austin leads the global industry in providing safe, high performing, long- lasting, integrated lithium iron magnesium phosphate energy storage solutions for MCE's wind, solar and multi- fuel generators for on- grid &off- grid use.
Transcon Steel Company of Georgetown just north of Austin is one of the premier providers of disaster resistant steel roof trusses, steel mega- joists, and cold rolled steel for framing residential and commercial buildings that MCE designs and builds.
Texas Solar Power Company of Austin has been one of the leading solar integrators in the country over the past 15 years with more than 450 completed projects all over the world, totaling over 3.9 megawatts and ranging from several kilowatts to several hundred kilowatts.
After a 5 month delay, Haiti's Senate approved Garry Conille as Prime Minister on Tuesday, endorsing President Michel Martelly's third nominee for the post in a move many hope will boost reconstruction efforts by finally getting the disaster relief funds flowing in the earthquake- ravaged nation. MCE will make a trip to Haiti this month.
Tim Algier also stated, "We are very close to awarding MCE- LBI distributorships in Canada, Kuwait and Jordan to companies that have been involved in environmental disaster remediation, oil spills, specialty chemical clean- ups, and soil bio remediation services. These are key locations where extensive oil drilling and oil processing industries are continuing to grow."

MC Endeavors, Inc. Exhibitor at Texas Alliance of Energy Producers Expo & Conference in Houston Nov. 7th & 8th
AUSTIN, TX, October17, 2011 - MC Endeavors, Inc (PinkSheets: MSMY) announced today thatit will be an Exhibitor at the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers Expo and Conference in Houston on November 7th& 8th. MCE will be exhibiting its steel constructed rig- shacks for the oil drilling workers in the field and demonstrating the effectiveness of its LBI Renewable clean- up products, DualZorb, PondZorb & AcidZorb.
Tim Algier, CEO of MCE stated, "We are excited to bring our expertise and hands- ondemonstrations ofour products to the over 3000 Oil & Gas Alliance Members. The oil and gas producers are in a boom in central Texas and our steel tube constructed rig shacks can well withstand the continuous loading and unloading while moving from fracking rig to fracking rig. Each 14'x40' rig shack houses 4 workers for the 24/7 drilling operation.Presently there are over 8,000 permitted operators in Texas alone."
Dale Lee, P.E. at LBI explained, "In fracking, a mixture of fluids and proppants are pumped at high pressure into a perforated well pipe to create small fractures in tight shale rock. The small fractures allow oil and natural gas to escape and flow out of the well. The process creates contanimated mud and black water pits that need to be cleaned up and remediated so that good water can be absorbed back into the ground. Our LBI products perform this task in the most environmentally biodegradable process."
MCE is looking to build long- term on- going business relationships at this show that are mutually beneficial and will provide sound solutions for the needs of the Texas Alliance members while creating a continuous market for our specialized products and services.

AUSTIN, TX, January 11, 2012 - MC Endeavors, Inc (PinkSheets: MSMY) is pleased to announce a reorganization of the company's operations, the retirement of 158,336,885 shares back into the company treasury, and that it continues to pursue business with respect to its primary products.
CEO Timothy Algier stated, "After a disappointing last quarter of 2011 and a few months of unexpected events, we are looking forward to an exciting and prosperous 2012 after the restructuring of the company, the opening of a new office in the business friendly State of Texas, the prospects of consummating international product sales after building the groundwork over several months, and the successful closure of some projects that have carried over from last year."
"Although we have been quiet for a while, we have not been idle. We apologize for the lack of news in recent weeks but we felt it was best to delay any updates until the unexpected significant sales of shares in October by pre- merger shareholders and others were exhausted."
MC Endeavors is pleased to announce that Ricki Groetzmeier has been added to the Board of MCE and as a new Officer with the title of Secretary/Treasurer. We have also added Israel Sanchez to our team as Director of Design Development.
The restructuring and the reversal of purchase agreements with Western Door and Seismic Foundation resulted in retiring over 158M shares back into the treasury which brings the total number of shares returned to 500M over the last 6 months. This has resulted in a new Issued & Outstanding Share count of 210,132,694 of which approximately 48% remain restricted at this time. Management believes this action demonstrates a commitment to the shareholders to improve the share structure thereby adding value to those remaining with us.
The new office in Austin is strategically located in the Texas Capital between major oil company offices in Dallas, our product testing lab located in San Antonio at the Southwest Research Institute, and the port city of Houston.
In November we exhibited at the Texas Alliance Energy Expo, which is a smaller version of the big show to be held in Wichita Falls, Texas in April where we plan also to have an exhibit booth. We made a number of very good business contacts at the show to add to our growing database of companies in the Oil Exploration and Oil Services Industry which we contact via email on a weekly basis. A number of our products are of interest at these shows, including our disaster resistant manufactured housing made from steel components, transportable in- the- field rig- shacks for drill- rig operator lodging, barge housing in container apartments, and of course our natural biodegradable oil- spill clean- up materials and services. The increased activity in the oil fields in distinct segments of the country has brought serious interest in these products.
On the international front, our business partner Cornelius Shogunle of Fiscal Dynamics Limited is leaving for Nigeria during the first week of February to work with his sales and service teams executing our joint path forward with oil- spill clean- up projects using our biodegradable productsDualZorb® and PondZorb®, both made of all- natural cellulose material that immediately breaks down oil and any hydrocarbon molecules into a non- toxic environmentally safe inert mixture that can be tilled into the soil and just left to decompose. The Nigerian market for our products is forecast conservatively at $10M over the next few years.
We also have a business partner, Eddy Daniel, who is working on the ground for us in Haiti. Today is the 2nd Anniversary of one of the most devastating natural disasters in history that struck that already impoverished island nation. People have been living in tents, essentially camping for two years now as international contractors are still clearing debris. The turmoil, poverty and disorganization experienced by Haitians across their homeland are unfathomable for most Americans. Haiti today looks like the earthquake happened two months ago, not two years ago. Where did all the aid money go? According to a November 2011 report by the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), of the $1.14 billion of U.S. money allocated by Congress for Haiti reconstruction, only 20 percent or $184 million has even been obligated, and most of this money, $120 million was transferred to the Haiti Reconstruction Fund. Less than 1 percent of the $412 million in U.S. funds specifically allocated for infrastructure reconstruction activities in Haiti had been spent by USAID and the U.S. State Department and only 12 percent has even been allocated. MC Endeavors, Inc. Opening New Markets
AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) (MCE) is pleased to announce their first major shipment of LBI products, a combination of DualZorb®, PondZorb® and AcidZorb®to Kuwait. All three absorption products are made of completely-natural cellulose material that immediately breaks down oil, chemical, raw sewage and any flammable hydrocarbon liquids into a non-toxic environmentally safe inert mixture that can be tilled into the soil and just left to decompose. The order for a full shipping container of the products comes after an extended process of negotiations, testing, and required approvals in Kuwait. This opens a very important international market with endless potential for MCE.
Tim Algier, CEO, stated, "We see this order as the first step for MCE to break into the vast oil remediation market in both Kuwait and the Middle East in general, and we look forward to a long and growing business relationship in that region."
Kuwait is currently enhancing its drilling operations as it moves from approximately 2.5 million barrels per day to over 4 million barrels per day over the next few years. That increase in drilling will also create the need for an increase in oil spill clean-up and soil remediation products at not only the drill sites but along the vast ribbon of service pipelines from the oil fields to the ports.
Our entry into the new market of Kuwait comes at the same time as our business partner, Cornelius Shogunle, ofFiscal Dynamics Limited initiates our efforts in Nigeria with their sales and service teams to execute our joint path forward with oil-spill clean-up projects using our biodegradable products DualZorb® and PondZorb®, The Nigerian market for our products is forecast conservatively at $10M over the next few years.
Plans are now being made for company management to join our business partner, Eddy Daniel, already working on the ground for us in Haiti, in the coming weeks for an exploratory trip addressing solutions to Haiti's open sewage problems in a safe, economic and eco-friendly manner. The company will also continue its work to position itself as a viable bidder/partner for the building of specialized container communities and/or a combination of container and disaster resistant steel frame housing. MCE has designed exceptional products to address both of these alternatives.
It is premature for the company to release specifics on the progress of its developing business areas including the growing MCE markets of Kuwait, Nigeria and Haiti, but will follow with future pertinent news as it develops.
We have begun a new weekly e-mail marketing program targeting primarily oil service and remediation companies and biodegradation product users of all kinds. Please call or email us if you wish to be added to that list.
Please understand that MC Endeavors, Inc. is committed to moving forward and building shareholder equity as responsibly and quickly as possible. We will continue to focus on the building of this company and we intend to make every effort to update you concerning our achievements and progress.

MC Endeavors, Inc. CEO To Visit Haiti
MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) (MCE) is pleased to announce Tim Algier, CEO, and staff will travel to Haiti the week of February 26, 2012 to survey proposed housing and agricultural sites and meet withCentre for Reconstruction in Port-au-Prince.
Tim Algier, CEO, will be joining business associateEddy Daniel, who has been working on the ground inHaiti, as well as some new independent contacts, to get a firsthand look at the progress there plus meet with local officials and fellow planners to coordinate upcoming activities and opportunities to develop land to help the Haitian people. They have a tight schedule of meetings and activities planned for the trip. This will be both a fact finding trip as well as project focused.
The focus for reconstruction efforts in Haiti includes concerns for education, health, agriculture, and job creation as well as development of housing and public facilities. There has been some progress reported by Nigel Fisher, deputy special representative of the Secretary-General for Haiti, and also in an updated progress report from the American Red Cross issued two years after the devastating earthquake in the country.
MCE has added some new economical building options to their toolbox that will be a great fit for Haiti, tying the need for housing and clean-up together for both MCE and progress in Haiti. MCE's container and disaster resistant buildings are ideal for not only homes but also schools and small commercial buildings as well.
MCE's DualZorb® and PondZorb® biodegradable absorption products are very useful tools to help the clean-up requirements in Haiti, including spilled oil, gasoline, and raw sewage that can be dried and converted to fertilizer for farming after the toxins have been removed naturally. These absorption products are made of completely-natural cellulose material that immediately breaks down oil, chemical, raw sewage and any flammable hydrocarbon liquids into a non-toxic environmentally safe inert mixture that can be tilled into the soil and just left to decompose naturally.
Please understand that MC Endeavors, Inc. is committed to moving forward and building shareholder equity as responsibly and quickly as possible. We will continue to focus on the building of this company and we intend to make every effort to update you concerning our achievements and progress.

The MCE-LBI Online Store opened for a soft launch on Thursday morning, April 05, 2012. The official launch is today.
With the addition of the online store, Ricki Groetzmeier, MCE Sec/Treas. feels that SoftPaws kitty litter, which was the original LBI product, is a great addition to MCE's product line. That has proven to be the case with the orders received so far based on the soft launch results since Thursday. SoftPaws is a 100% all-natural pine litter in the form of pellets making it healthy for pets. SoftPaws is biodegradable, highly absorbent, and the best odor removing litter made. It lasts twice as long as traditional litter and can be discarded with the regular garbage or in the compost bin. MCE is offering a 2-bag economy special of SoftPaws for the launch to introduce the product. We are also offering a 4-bag economy special of DualZorb®.
"We were receiving ever more frequent calls and requests for the small 9 lb. and 25 lb. bags of DualZorb®, 6 lb. jugs of AcidZorb® and 20 gallon buckets of PondZorb® to be used for clean-up in small areas like garages and vehicle service bays, restaurants, ranches and farms, fire equipment vehicles, and even for the home to clean up spills, oily or greasy tools, ponds, watering holes, animal waste piles, as well as for the SoftPaws litter. These customers can now view the products, review the information sheets and videos at our website and place their orders with the click of their mouse 24/7 from all over North America, without having to call in with this new e-commerce feature," stated Tim Algier, CEO.
The site offers all the products available on the remediation side of our business, in all sizes, and will ultimately include specifically designed spill kits for DualZorb®, PondZorb® and AcidZorb® ready for any small spill or clean-up. The store is also heavy on product information including videos, "How-to-Use Guides" and material safety datasheets.
MC Endeavors is excited to add this new facet to our business and anticipate the MCE-LBI Online Store to be a major revenue creator.
If you would like to be added to the mailing list for our weekly e-blast targeting primarily oil service and remediation companies but also of interest to biodegradation product users of all kinds, please call or email us, or you can sign up online.
In addition to the launch of the MCE-LBI online store, MCE has entered into agreements with two new sales and marketing representatives. George Colombo will be representing MCE in the Bakken area of North Dakota in order to give us a sales presence in this fast expanding area of the country for both the oil remediation products as well our housing designs for the workers at the drill sites. Jim Johnson will be representing MCE for South Texas and Louisiana and he has additional contacts in Belize and south Central Africa.
In early March, Tim Algier and a small team met with MCE's Haitian business partner, Eddy Daniel, on the ground in Haiti to tour the progress and review options to address open sewage problems in a safe, economic and eco-friendly manner. MCE sees a good fit for the LBI products in that arena and made some valuable connections which are all being explored. The company is continuing its work to position itself as a viable bidder/partner for the building of specialized container communities and/or a combination of container and disaster resistant steel frame housing. MCE has designed exceptional products to address both of these alternatives.
Israel Sanchez, Director of Design Development is presently working on the design-build contract for a private residence utilizing our disaster resistant and energy efficient technologies. The home will be built on the owner's property in southern Alabama.
Plans are also underway for Tim Algier to join business partner, Cornelius Shogunle, in Nigeria later this spring.
MCE will be one of 350 exhibitors at the Oil Alliance Expo & Annual Meeting April 24-25 at the Multi-Purpose Events Center in Wichita, Texas.
Please understand that MC Endeavors, Inc. is committed to moving forward and building shareholder equity as responsibly and quickly as possible. We will continue to focus on the building of this company and we intend to make every effort to update you concerning our achievements and progress.

MC Endeavors, Inc. Announces Their Strategic Partner, Fiscal Dynamics Limited Receives Official Approval for MCE-LBI Product Use for Nigeria and Sub-Sahara, Africa
PR Newswire
AUSTIN, Texas, April 18, 2012
AUSTIN, Texas, April 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) (MCE) is pleased to announce that their strategic partner Fiscal Dynamics Limited (FDL) has officially received the approval to amend its Exclusive Distribution Strategic Partnership Agreement for the OEM, to include the 'MCE-LBI Renewable Products' for the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Sub-Sahara Africa.
On September 6, 2011 MC Endeavors, Inc. announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Fiscal Dynamics Limited, ("FDL") of Lagos State, Nigeria for the distribution of MCE-LBI Renewable products, including DualZorb®, PondZorb® and AcidZorb® throughout the Six (6) Geo-Political Zones of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. FDL has been involved in environmental disaster remediation, oil spills and specialty chemical clean-ups, environmental soil bioremediation and extraction technology consultancy services in Nigeria since 1991. FDL has established business relationships with organizations such as Shell Oil Corp., Chevron Oil Corp. and other Multi-nationals operating in Nigeria and the FDL-MCE-LBI partnership opens the door for growth in new areas of business for all three (3) companies who have been working on setting up their distribution channel over the past 7 months.
The approval of the amendment for FISCAL DYNAMICS LIMITED to add the MCE-LBI Renewable products distribution, vendor recruiting, CRM, Supply logistics and support, vendors' staff training and compensation incentives to its original strategic roles as Products Exclusive Distributor for DualZorb®, PondZorb® and AcidZorb® for the Six (6) Geo-Political Zones of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, has enabled FDL to revise its estimated sales revenue upward for the FY2012.
In September 2012 FDL's projected sales over 5 years at between $5.4M to $9.3M for oil spill clean-up in Nigeria." It is now estimated that the net sales revenue will grow an additional 30 - 40% resulting from the addition of the extended sub-distribution channels to its direct sales and marketing effort in the Oil Producing Regions of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Sub-Sahara Africa. That increase will mean an equivalent estimated 30 to 40% increase in revenues for MCE from this income source as well.
Dr. Cornelius Shogunle reminded us that," More oil is spilled from the Nigerian Delta's network of terminals, pipes, pumping stations and oil platforms every year than has been lost in the Gulf of Mexico, the site of the major ecological catastrophe caused by oil that poured from a leak triggered by the explosion of British Petroleum's Deepwater Horizon Rig in April 2010."
Tim Algier, President and CEO of MC Endeavors, who will be joining Dr. Shongunle on the ground in Nigeria in May of 2012 said, "DualZorb®, PondZorb® and AcidZorb®will be a great addition to FDL's tool chest for cleaning up oil pipeline ruptures, extinguishing oil fires and absorbing oil from contaminated soils and waterways. These natural biodegradable absorption products are very safe to use, silica dust free without carcinogens, and they suppress hazardous fumes by encapsulating chemicals into DualZorb's cellulose fiber. Pouring 1-ton bags of DualZorb onto an oil fire via a long crane arm safely extinguishes the blaze by absorbing the fuel source."
