Yes, shareholders will still own their shares after the SEC Admin. Law Judge revokes a company's stock registration(s), but the shares are thereafter of a private company and can no longer be traded on any public market.

this 8k caught me by surprise. seems like maybe these guys are going to go thru the long process of getting $UBLI listed again. $CXKJ is going thru the process of relisting- it is a long and detailed endeavor - $CXKJ got their ticker pulled after marking an incorrect box on one of their filing-lol - didn't even go to greys- just got removed- pretty crazy.

Yeah well 10k shares sold at 0.0003 = 3$ and there was a previous transaction at 0.0001 = around 1$.

My transactions fees are higher than 3$... why would I sell at these prices?
