Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (Chesapeake) is a diversified utility company. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in three primary business activities: natural gas distribution, transmission and marketing; propane distribution and wholesale marketing, and advanced information services. Chesapeake also has subsidiaries in other related businesses. Chesapeake distributes natural gas to residential, commercial and industrial customers in central and southern Delaware, the Salisbury and Cambridge, Maryland areas on Maryland's Eastern Shore and parts of Florida.
