For those that know me, know I like buy when no one is looking at the stock yet. I am a buy and hold and add, kind of person, hold until I see a significant move. It is not my interest to trade in and out of stocks for a penny profit.
You may think the days of five and ten baggers are behind us. However that is not the case, they are still there it's just it takes more work and DD to find them is all.
As for the director that have joined me on this site, I feel they are of the same mindset as myself and will be a welcome addition the board.
