The purpose of this board is to share knowledge about the stock markets in a fun way – using trivia! Trivia is a great what to learn facts and useful (and useless) information. The format of this board will be fun and simple, as follows:
Post your trivia question in the following format:
Q: What has been the longest-listed company on the NYSE?
Give the board some time to answer the question. If someone answers it correctly, post an acknowledgement reply. If nobody gets it correct, post a
reply to your original question as follows:
A: Con Edison, which was listed in 1824 as the New York Gas Light Company
Whenever possible try to provide a source for your answer (ie: link). Although this board is for stock market trivia, the occasional OT trivia question is OK. Just keep it clean and respectful.
