From what I'm reading. they've agreed to not convert until the company is listed on the QB, and then only at a 20% discount to the 10VWAP. Those are actually incredibly favorable terms in my opinion. especially if youre comparing it to the rest of the OTC

this is listed in the latest quarterly report. This stock is going to trade on the QB. 0 dilution even possible until it trades on the QB actually

the company profile on OTC Markets has been updated as of yesterday it looks like. seems like the the filings will line up with the D coming off next week. next week may be what we've been waiting for

yeah, i dont mind the trades going through here. Getting some new buyers in at this level would be great for the base. this could be a really good move imo. they havent diluted shares in years, they have 65% of shares restricted that im sure are insiders.

If you consider the management, they do seem like they would set their sights on uplisting. It was a QB stock prior to going dark. A 1:5 RS is nothing and I feel it puts them in a comfortable spot to pursue it because of the share structure. Float and OS is low. Don't have any reason to believe they need to dilute, and there isn't any now.

$1 is feasible based on share structure, depending on the story that unfolds will determine if it actually does. Either way, this is easily going up from here

Given brazen capital has the same company address and CEO, I think it's fair to speculate more could be coming. To me, it seems like this company is both a "hedge fund" and the quantgate algorithm

agree. a while ago i found the jameson asset management website that mentioned their 50 mil investment. the site is since taken down. if you consider that theyre selling an algorithm that makes money. why wouldnt they be using the algorithm for their own cash investments? the 3 year audited ROI was likely this company's money

It's the dollar volume that's traded here that is really the biggest indicator. That type of money doesn't show up out of no where. Average people don't have millions to pour into a penny stock

the dollar volume thats entered this stock over the past 3 weeks. somewhere in the ballpark of $50 million, leads me to believe someone is well aware of the potential here. very little talk, massive amounts of money. the load is occurring now
