EVen if the audit is released Roger has lost credibility. It won’t move the price Amfe still hasn’t started construction on a new franchise.. last one was supposed to be open q1 per roger.. Received email from auditors. They are coming to view inventory then will be 99% complete. Final step is formatting info for submission.

1% has taken 5 months.. either something is the matter, roger lied, or roger is an idiot.

There is always an excuse. Do you think Roger updates the websites.. No.. Obviously not. Is it hard to do no absolutley not. Saying you are a family owned business when you are a public company is like saying your product is made in the US when it's made in China or saying your product is organic when it's not.. It's a label that is meant to drive sales.. Family owned has a marketing appeal. But yea Roger is too busy..

You know that phone number is for interlock.. right? ? All the big money that's supposedly waiting on the sidelines will be thrilled when they try and call Amfil .. its laughable

When April 6th comes and goes with no audit you and others will say Roger never said it would be done .. It's someone else's fault... Roger and his Twitter fingers are the problem..

According to the web site Amfe owns 0% ... It states it is a family owned business .

He forgot investor night..he forgot tv crews and media coverage for midtown. He forgot to open the first franchise by q1 2018 like stated in a pr.. he forgot that his tweets on the audit are still public providing a running list of his fraud.. He forgot to follow his roll out plan spent money on a pr that doesn't matter.. He forgot to change his phone number to look like a real company.. He forgot a lot so it wouldn't surprise me if he didn't tie his shoe last week..

The list of Mismanagement and shoddy business practices gets longer everyday..

Maybe shouldn't advertise falsely on your web site. That doesn't usually work out.

This is either laziness, an attempt to mislead clients.
