I lost about 85% of my initial investment with the last reverse split. In the past weeks I was able to average down low enough that I actually made a couple bucks off this last week when I sold it off.

Just average down if you can risk some additional money. Then it just takes a little bump to let you at least sell with a tiny amount of profit.

Walmart isn't news. The FujiFilm partnership isn't news. Relaunching a failed app isn't news.

Finally, KickSend failed, period. If you don't believe me try to download the app from the Apple App Store right now, it's not there. It's as non-existant as the website (www.kicksend.com) that they keep referring to in their InvestorHub press releases.

We see a little bump from that "news" and people think it should run to $1, well I'm afraid that's just not going to happen because this isn't real news.

If it was real news I think they would publicize it on more than just this site so it would be picked up by the other news sources and displayed on the trading sites.

I don't need the bid to go that low to know this is a pump-n-dumper.

The only bad thing is I have to wait for the next pump to dump this turd, I missed my chance this time...

There's a few other words in the recent PR pieces that I am more focused on.

It means, they might no longer have the 200+ magazines that they once did. I'm not saying 52 is a good thing, I am also not saying it's a bad thing, I'm just saying it might not be what people think.

And when you sign up (for free) on their Developer site, the site refers to you as a "partner" even though all you did was give them your name and email address.

I noticed the press release said they "signed up" with FujiFilm. Notice those words, "signed up". They didn't "partner" or "come to an agreement" or "license", they simply "signed up"

So, what did they sign up for? My guess is the FujiFilm Developer Network (https://www.fujifilmapi.com/) which I just did as well, maybe I should put out a press release too.

We COULD, but since the last thing they filed with the SEC was an NT10-K for the 2015 financials, there isn't really a need as they are already out of compliance and filing an additional NT10-K for 2016 isn't going to remove the stop sign on OTCMarkets.

I don't think we will see anything until they are ready to release the 2015 10-K, three 2016 10-Q reports and the 2016 10-K. That's alot of financial statements to put together, especially when the current management wasn't there for most of the filings.

Not much room for it to go down, so it can only go UP!

I too am a long on this, hoping for the rocket to the moon as are many others. I just try to keep an eye on what we know and what we don't know because of all the wild speculation that takes place here.

I'll be holding my shares for a long time. I believe PixelMags has a good product and I also believe they are in a good position within their industry. Hopefully news is coming, the LEXG PR did state they should have the licensing deal worked out "on or before" May 1, so we should at least hear something about that deal this month whether they are able to come to a full licensing agreement or not.

I HOPE I am wrong and we see some news soon. It won't really cause me to change my position on this, I am long on this one, but it would be nice to see some movement into green for a change.

Really not sure how thin the ASK is. I'm sure CDEL, NITE, CANT and CSTI all have more shares to sell between .0049 and .0067, you just only see their lowest ASK in Level2.
While I would love to see a run up to about .007 today, I don't think that's going to happen without news, or at least rumors of news. I haven't seen any indication that we should be expecting either from SPCL in the near future.

SPCL is Non-Accelerated with a FY2016 ending 12/31/2016, even your link says 3/31/2017

They still owe last year's 10-K and 3 10-Q reports. Why do you think they will release a 10-K today?
I doubt we even see an NT10-K on Monday, there just doesn't seem to be a need on SPCL's end.

Interesting, VNDM is holding the ASK at .0004. With their 10K on the ASK @ .0004, my order for 500K @ .0005 was filled at .0004 and now their ASK is 2,000,000 @ .0004.

Okay, so I just noticed that Vert's website is on Weebly, a free hosting service. Why does this whole thing stink more the deeper I dig?

Or, it could mean nothing. The last couple times we have seen 911 trades have been less than eventful. I think someone on here even admitted to entering a couple 911, 912 and 913 trades just to mess with people.

They still owe the SEC a 10-K from the last NT10-K they files on 3/31/2016

What is this news everyone mentions? I can't find this IR Hank guy on twitter, anyone have a link? I'd like to do some DD and maybe get in with these prices, but I can't find much outside of the filings.
