I only mention this because I hear that a lot of stores are sold out. I am long and am very happy with the growth but as an investor, when I hear sold out, I think of lost revenue on a product that is not immediately available. Just playing devils advocate until the next FIN's come out. Many investors may expect revenue to be a lot higher than actuality if they think that this product is selling at a higher rate based on all the new opportunities.

The fact that they keep selling out may be good or bad. It is good that there is demand but bad if they are only shipping very limited quantities to these stores. The next FINS will show this. They may have a distribution issue that could hinder the quarterly sales. I hope this is not the case since most investors have high hopes for this quarter.

It is based on the closing price not intra-day trading price. Even if it closed below a penny. They would need 30 consecutive days above a penny. That is not a lot of time in the grand scheme of things.

Not saying it couldn't happen but that's a typical type of comment for a company that doesn't have revenue or is just staring and has a decent amount of debt. Revenue is key, and it appears that ICNB will be increasing sales based on expanded growth throughout the US and beyond.

Correct. Closing price. ICNB has not closed below .01 in several several months.

Q1 report will most likely not happen this week-end. Most likely will be an extension that comes out some time later next week.

There are 3 groups of traders at this point

1) Day traders
2) Mid/Long term traders
3) Large investors


Day traders have slowed down with news coming soon. Mid/long term investors have been accumulating for the past few month's and are now playing the waiting game. The last group (the larger investors) will not buy until the company has shown actual #'s. Even with the recent PR's, it is still a pinky and still a high risk stock based on past history. If the FIN's validate the exponential growth over the next couple Q's then I would guess the PPS and volume will increase. Also getting off the pinks would be a big boost. JMO

Agreed. Expect a pop after the news (PPS could go from between .02 and .03 to perhaps .05). Will then mostly trade flat until next set of FINS. Other potential is an all out GAP up to some much higher number followed by some 50% retrace. After that, I expect mostly flat for a while.

Not true. The combination of Debt holder agreement and increased sales will allow debt holder sit back and wait for things to unfold with revenue before selling. It's a no brainer to make more $$ on their part. They are essentially long term investors like us. I agree that at some point when this starts moving ,it will be a factor but not happening now.

PPS won't move until REAL #'s are out. The recent PR's are VERY interesting but are forward looking information. At this point folks won't invest until they see actual Sales #'s. If the #'s are good, then momentum will pick up each quarter based on developments.....The upcoming FINS are instrumental for PPS movement (I'm guessing folks still don't trust Rich until he shows incremental revenue) . Mostly consolidation and flippers are causing movement at the moment.

I can answer your question. The reason why this stock has not moved is due to numerous people stating "dilution" and "Rich is a liar" and many other other negative comments.......

These people are driving away new investors........

Flood gates should open after FINS. This isn't a traditional pinky that is designed for a bunch of PR's for a pump and dump. This is a growing company that is at the early stages of revenue and expansion. It seems to be treated like a big board stock and I am guessing many won't jump in until they actually have proven that they are a REAL company based on many mistakes of the past. I also agree that ICNB is well undervalued but at if/when the $$ is flowing in, interest will change. I also think they need to do a better job of tying in the Bellissima brand with Iconic. We shall find out very soon...

This is a "wait and see" stock....Not a lot of PR's like most pennies. It seems to be driving people crazy. With good reason based on past history and being a pinky. Hopefully after next FIONS, a lot of the past negativity can be eliminated and focus can be on growth, audit, uplist, etc....

Agreed. This is progressing bigger and faster than originally thought. The international program looks really strong. CB is also doing a great with her celeb friends. Just hope that that they can put a process in place to keep up with demand.....Should continue to climb through FINS news.

Don't get me wrong. I think this will be heading North soon. I am just saying once it reaches the next leg up (whatever PPS that may be), THEY will drive it down some percentage and play the sam games at a higher PPS. If things fall into place as it appears, there is NO stopping the train. There is almost always a 50% retrace on GAP up's. and that is where THEY will jump in for the next ride.

It's called manipulation (IMO). Money is made everyday on this stock. Constant negativity followed by good news results in a roller coaster that always goes down and then up. Eventually if things pans out it will go MUCH higher and then rinse and repeat. Look at today, was walked down to 0086 while the boat is loaded and then moves up to a high of .0125. Easy ~30% in 1 day.....It's a flippers stock right now.

NO DEBT HOLDER SELLOFF. Why wouldn't debt holders wait for Q1 FINS and sell at a higher PPS and make more $$$. It's obvious Q1 revenue would drive the price up.
