Their financials sucked too. ZERO REVENUES, loaded with lots of operating expenses (payment to themselves), all kinds of notes payable (which will be even more dilution and dumped with conversions at a substantial discount to the current price of .12 potentially at "par value $0.00001 per share" which means getting shares at .00001 and selling at .12 would be a 1,199,900% (yes nearly a 1.2 MILLION PERCENT RETURN) return for those noteholders!!!), Outstanding shares keeps getting larger every week (and hasn't even begun the dumping yet), etc. THIS IS JUST A NIGHTMARE! GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!

It would be one thing if they had a somewhat exciting story to tell but these guys have never even ran ANY publicly traded company so they don't know how to pump properly. I just haven't been excited about this play in a while.

I just see nothing at all to get excited about as they're getting ready to dump tens of millions of shares with nothing exciting to pump imo.

I'm not saying this to get you to dump on my bids or anything because I have NO desire to get back in this play at all. I used to be excited about the potential here if we got this above .30 and blue skies on it but let's be honest, it's hit a roadblock and it's not moving upward in price anymore. Smart sells were in the .20's and high teens and it's just going to get very painful going forward from here imo based off of the most recent price action and the fact they haven't dumped any shares yet and how incredibly boring their business is along with their financials not being anything to brag about at all.

I remember in 2021 when Elon tweeted "Buy Signal" which he obviously was referring to the secure encrypted messaging app, Signal; but OTC degenerates didn't care at all and they found a company on the OTC's called Signal (OTC: SIGL) and skyrocketed that OTC stock 12,115% in just a couple of weeks. I saw a 60k+ ask wall that got pulled in under one minute followed by other ask orders get pulled and/or move way back. Someone wants size and is realizing just how tough it's going to be to get a lot of size on a TINY 203k float!!! This is going to fly eventually!!!

I put well over $430,000 into this and had 75 million shares at one point but I scaled out over time and I've been out of this for months. I bought small positions (up to 8 million shares at times but I was down to 5 mil for today's catalyst) but you have to ask yourself, "Who's left to buy at this point? They had their big catalyst today with Walmart and what we've all been waiting for and the price action was awful! Do you expect this story to get better? I don't but I've been in the game a long time. I'm not saying this to bash but you always have to be planning your entries and exits properly. This trade is over imo. The dilutors who were given hundreds of millions of shares will convert and sell to get cold hard cash for selling Kathryn millions of dollars of equipment, buildings, etc. This is just how the game works. Kathryn used this to get a lot of stuff (building and equipment) for free since shareholders are buying the dilution and it costs her company very little.

Let's assume she bought the HIRU shell for a few hundred grand. She's only out a few hundred grand and in the process she's getting $7 plus million dollars in ownership of a new large building, lots of new machine lines to fulfill large orders, etc. It cost her under $500,000 and she's getting close to $10 million dollars of equipment, new building, etc. It's a complete win for her and her company. This is how these CEO's think. Instead of her spending $10 mil of her own money or getting various small biz loans, she used shareholders to pay for her company's growth. Smart decison on her part. Bad decision if you don't know how to trade these penny stocks properly.

$HIRU what a disappointment...no other way to put it. If you traded the trade all along, you did well. Way too many headwinds ahead with a likely RS to go to OTCQB's and then an even larger RS to go to Nasdaq. I hope you all did well. There will be a ton of dilution incoming to pay for all this equipment, buildings, etc. and although I think Kate means well and hopes shareholders do well, the diluters will whack bids from here on out.

I'm not saying this to scare anyone so I can "buy cheapies". The trade is OVER for me since there will be massive dilution coming and all the catalysts are in the past now. I did well and I hope you all did too. GLTA.

There hasn't been any Walmart contract news the company has reported yet. Kathryn has been stringing it along without anything official yet, i.e. official corporate PR, although it does seem like we will get an official PR by October 24th on this but with Kathryn you just never know lol.

I had a 54 minute phone call with James yesterday. James is Kathryn Glavin's right hand man (seemingly the Ops. Manager from what I gathered). Despite the stock going south a bit lately, I remain highly confident in HIRU. The dilution that has occurred in the past few days is from an old certificate holder who has held shares in certificate form for the past 12 years so it's just a crazy fluke where that person is converting and selling as of late. James told me I could contact the transfer agent and see that Kathryn has NO shares to sell at all and neither Kathryn nor anyone else at the company is selling any shares at all whatsoever. Feel free to contact the transfer agent if you want. I've talked to Kathryn many times like many others have as well and James had a lengthy conversation with me yesterday since Kathryn told James to call me since I've been such a large shareholder and I've remained bullish 100% of the time unlike the flippers here who are bullish a while and then the opposite later on.

As far as SQF certification, it's a fairly easy process where 3 things must occur: 1) Kathryn must personally get certified (This has already occurred although Kathryn is being silent and just completing things behind the scenes without bringing a lot of attention to what she's accomplished...much unlike any other OTC company since she doesn't pump like all the others) 2) the facility must get certified as well 3) and finally the company must get certified. As mentioned, #1 has already been done. #2 and #3 will be done shortly as Kathryn will be flying out to the very next SQF certification so that she can do the facility (#2) and the company (#3) herself personally. James told me that she will fly to the very next SQF certification and get this done ASAP. James said he thinks it will get done in September as in this month but no guarantees can me made which is understandable.

In other words, things look VERY GOOD and major catalysts should be coming shortly i.e. Walmart $WMT and Water Source One PR's, etc.
