Word salad is the perfect way to describe it. That was a horribly written PR. Reminds me of kids in high school and college that just jumble a bunch of stuff together to hit a word or page quota on an essay.
I thought that post was implying that the Kona beverages (not Ooh La Lemin) aren’t available to purchase any longer.
This is a very bad sign, imo
Previous management was DIRTY!!!
Well said
lol. The “band” or the “scam”?
Not surprising that Robert Clark retweeted about CAFI retiring shares this week and their stock doesn’t see any reaction.
Nobody believes in the con artist anymore
Exactly right. On all that.
Clark turned his back on Kona. It’s toast. This company had so much potential. He honestly should have sold it back pre-Covid when it was 10 cents a share and had a very nice market cap. He could have came out way ahead, and the company could have continued to flourish under more experienced leadership.
Nothing against you, warren, but how crazy is it that your post even has to exist? RC destroyed shareholder value
100% agree. But for the purpose of this stock and company, so does the CEO of KGKG
Biden didn’t help any. But leadership at Kona has to take responsibility for the failures here.
The downward trend for Kona started when Trump was still in office. Back when Robert Clark kicked aside all the small distributors that were building his brand for him.
Looks like Robert Clark is running CAFI into the ground also. It’s at all time lows now
I’d really like to know why Gold Leaf hasn’t been profitable since January. That’s a huge red flag. Why did they go backwards?
I bet Robert Clark sold it for way less than that
How are they not even going to announce the terms of the sale? Must have given it away for way less than they paid for it.
Also, why was Gold Leaf profitable in January but not again since? That implies they went backwards this year also.
Did Robert Clark go into hiding?
That’s not good. Must not be producing that many
Be careful. I’m getting a little suspicious that the next update is either RS filed or RC unloading his

New filing.
Item 4.01. Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.
On August 21, 2023, Kona Gold Beverages, Inc.’s (the “Company”) Audit Committee (the “Committee”) was notified by Weinberg & Company, P.A. (“Weinberg”) of its resignation as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm. Weinberg had served as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm since 2021.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 21, 2023, the Company filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for its fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2023, which Report was not reviewed by the Company’s registered public accounting firm prior to its resignation. Although that Report meets the Alternative Reporting Standards of the OTC Markets Group Inc., it is deficient as a quarterly report filed under Section 13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. None of the columns of the financial statements set forth therein was reviewed by the Company’s then-engaged registered public accounting firm. As of the date of this Current Report, the Company does not have a plan as to how it will remedy this deficiency; but, when so reviewed, the Company will file an amended Report.
Robert Clark went dark
Trips. Then reverse split. Then ???
Robert Clark running this show into the ground at impressive speed
I’d like to know what happened to Gold Leaf. They used to be the primary talking point; now we don’t have any idea what happened there
Looks like there’s dilution on this sell off also, based on L2 and the trade log.
Afraid so. I’m a bit surprised those former Florida Gator football players are getting associated with Clark. Going to be another stain tied to that program.
Unsurprisingly, todays PR from CAFI says their new headquarters is the same address that Kona claims
"I am pleased to announce to our stockholders that Kona Gold Beverage continues to have impressive growth and continues to post record revenue quarters," stated Robert Clark, CEO of Kona Gold Beverage, Inc. "We have started off 2023 strong and we anticipate a very strong Q2 and Q3 across both subsidiaries. Our Ooh La Lemin Lemonades continue to perform extremely well in all markets and our team is working to close partnerships with several national chains and distribution partners. We have set our 2023 case sales projection of 200,000 cases and are very confident we will hit that goal. Our team has set the long-term goal of one million cases in 2026 as we continue to set the foundation to achieve that."
- April 2023
No social media presence for Kona either. Filing is out, and zero $KGKG tweets since. Robert Clark hasn’t said a word in a month. Just can’t find one positive way to spin this company.
I’m looking at it on OTC Markets. Kona indeed went backyards. What a disaster.
It’s crazy they aren’t pushing it on social media consistently.
Robert seems to check in once a month and then disappear again.
Robert Clark has such little faith from investors that CAFI couldn’t even sustain any sort of positive movement after announcing his involvement with them.
It was around $0.016 prior to the press release a month ago. And it’s back at $0.016 today. With only about 10-50k in daily share volume.
If he could have delivered with Kona, he could have been a rock star. The company and products had massive potential.
So it’s in play that Robert Clark could be doing very similar with CAFI/KGKG to what he did with VATE/KGKG; where the original company just fizzles out and goes nowhere but down for shareholders?
Looking like going into the teens before long. Sad.
Not sure why I was thinking the company was about to start announcing updates more often….
Robert, if you’re reading this, let’s see a Thursday expansion PR also. Twice weekly PRs could be a lot of fun.
Ha. This could be a good sign.
RC super active on twitter this morning
