You can’t believe a shareholder destroying reverse split was allowed by the sec on the otc market? My brother in Christ look around, this is the OTC. It’s harder to find a stock thats been around for a few years down here that hasn’t reverse split its shareholders into dust

If they don’t reverse split, which I believe they will. If all of their financials are legit, which I believe they aren’t.. then sure we could see a spike to maybe 0.25-0.50

Piece of advise, stop comparing these sub penny stocks to runs they made in 2021. That was an unprecedented year for the otc market and we will likely not see another one for decades if ever again

Plus, most of those stocks dumped shares into the market during their runs and are all now sitting with 5-10x the OS they had back then

Nah it clearly popped in the beginning of 2021. The stocks were all heavily frontloaded and pumped by what I believe was hedge funds after the whole GameStop fiasco. They got their money back. It was a fun time to play the otc, but it wiped out most of the novice otc traders and that’s part of the reason the otc has been hot garbage since.

Stocks with virtually no OS were less profitable to pump and dump so BDPT didn’t get hit as hard as others with billions of shares that could be frontloaded

This is a long play? The three executives that run this company are all older than the average life expectancy. Where do you see this company In 5-10 years when they’re in their 90’s? It’s taken them that long to get here and here is nowhere

The stock didn’t run likely because some of the 150,000,000 shares of warrants were being exercised all last week. They also have a shareholder meeting on Thursday to vote for a RS and an AS increase to 1B. It’s a Real punch in the dick to drop some merger news that could save retail investors and then drop some more news that could kill their investments once and for all

Should this hit 2 dollars? Yes, it SHOULD, but we will see what happens this week

There is a reverse split and as increase to 1B both on the table for the shareholder meeting on Thursday. If They vote yes this stock is toast. If They vote no this stock will fly. IMO, big day on Thursday. This type of a vote always confuses me (and by confused I mean enraged) no retail trader or regular investor will willingly vote for things like as increase and rs because it will fuck them over. So if the vote passes that means they timed this merger for when the majority holders were insiders and or firms that are going to benefit on the other side.

I’d buy more if I could but I’ve maxed my allocation for this play. IMO the stock will climb towards a penny over the next month and if we get positive news in the meantime we will jump to multi Penny’s
