Like in the past I will respectfully disagree with you're last sentence. People invest in a stock, mutual fund or whatever to make money for THEMSELVES.... They don't care about the Business at all. If Elite is profitable that is great for Elite but that hasn't transferred over to its shareholders in a higher p/s. I have been here since February of 2015 with a high p/s I believe it was .44 but that was when we where all praying for Sequest to pop and we know what happened there. So Elite can continue to be a profitable company but the share price continues to go down. So the most important thing to me is P/S PERIOD

I bet people who owned this stock in 2012 sold it at .97 instead of holding it now for less then .4.....
A million shares at .97 a nice $970,000 instead of $36,000...

That's what we need for investing in this company

So why buy the company outrightt or mergers? Just become the majority shareholder at .05 for a hell of a lot less and then you can do whatever you want with the company.

I see the same delusional people everyday posting on here saying how we are going to skyrocket once the monster ANDA is approved. Well it was and we are still stuck at .5. I should have sold at .40 in March of 2016 but missed my chance. Maybe one day the company will be bought out and we can make some money.

No one is shorting this stock to make money, the highest sale I ever see here is 100,00 shares. That equals about $10 profit. Company is going in the right direction and I agree with Gman that our day will come soon. I just hope sooner rather then later.

I never said anything about the company determining the PPS!!! My point was that it was said that ELTP was a great investment because the company is now profitable.. I clearly stated that I would rather make money in PPS then see the company make money... If you like investing in companies that make money but the PPS drops for shareholders then you should just throw your money out the car window while driving by my house...

I don't dispute that or blame anyone for my decision in buying this stock, but don't sit here and tell me how great it is for shareholders.... Your delusional if that's what you believe... I will take a high P/S any day and sell my shares before I would rather see someone tell me that it's a great investment because the company is making money....

I truly enjoy reading your post and you are vastly more knowledgeable than I am with investing and how companies work. But after 6 years of holding ELTP stock and down over 80% of my initial invest you are trying to say that P/S doesn't matter because the company is making money??? Well I vastly disagree!!!! As a shareholder I didn't invest in a company for me to lose money and for them to make money. P/S has to matter or people will not invest anymore and we will be on the OTC until the company eventually shuts down one day.

If I was to need to take a pain killer (opiod) for pain after a procedure or for chronic back pain. So my Dr prescribes me Sequest Ox, if the technology works correctly you would not get the euphoric feeling from it. Thus in my opinion not become addicted to the medication.
I have a headache and take some Tylenol for it, headache goes away. There is no euphoric feeling from Tylenol thus no addiction to it... In my opinion that is how Sequest would and should work for millions

Being in law enforcement for 30 plus years I have to say that pain medication isn't killing people like heroin, meth and k-2. THOSE ARE OUR DEADLY DRUGS. Not a prescription pain medication. Do they kill some yes, but it is the addictiveness of the pain pills I am worried about and that is what Sequest Ox could possibly prevent....
