CT banking division seems to have backed off, however I don't think they've closed the case against him. Feds work at a snails pace. He may die of old age before ever seeing any charges. Probably partying from all of the money he's stolen in the last 10 years. Super bold, even has his relatives on his FB profile friend's list. They all have a deformed look to them, sort of like the Hills Have Eyes. Craniums on the Vaksers do not look right on any of them.

It's been dead for around three years straight. I believe John Pinheiro (Atty. CEO) still controls most of the worthless shares- but they're not even sell-able. According to Pacific Stock Transfer John is the current CEO. According to anyone that investigates/questions John, he claims he is not the CEO. He claims that he collected a check from LATF to do nothing. He also claims the press releases pumping this came out of Florida, even if the press releases themselves claim CT as the source. He never showed up for any of the hearings against him. I believe he's paid not to show up. This was a really hard lesson on my part. Leaving the Facebook LATF group was the smartest thing I could do. Outside of these court dates I don't have to think about this. I still connect with a select few other investors, but don't communicate with the ones who drained me. The bottom line is John profited off of a pump and dump scam. He benefited in multiple ways and still does. Even if he's disbarred he will be financially taken care of to forever keep his mouth shut...Unless its chump change I'm 100% done buying individual stocks. A lot of people asked if they could join my complaint, but that's not allowed in the jurisdiction it exists in. I also know that if I did have certain people join they would foul up my chances and I would have already lost the case by now. All I can say is my chances at restitution are still slim to none- but at least I didn't give in to the criminals that routinely run this kind of a scam. LATF's former CEO is listed first. (Pinheiro) I'm guessing that he may have slithered through this one being he had 3 law firms, but CT division of banking is still pursuing him- working at a snail's pace though.

Can't see anything that will happen that might benefit shareholders- a reverse merger isn't possible with the giant tax bill they owe. One law firm is interested in personally suing a few different parties pending getting the transcript of the grievance hearing.

I think it takes a while for the hearing results to be posted on the website. Eventually, they show up, but the real hearing will be criminal.
