The biggest problem I see so far, is that the company has not filed anything and it continues to be delinquent. I hope this changes soon and it would be nice to hear some news once in a while.

It is difficult to pick up, I have had a bid in there in the $2 as well and nothing. The float is small and obviously very tight. I may personally go at the offer anyways because I really think this has great potential and again with a low flow...who knowns.

You are right, no one should blame Berthold. We cannot put all the negatives on his shoulders, not fair because he has done all he can and with his limited IQ he was still able to convince people to lend money towards his project and was able to forge bank statements and take the money without anyone noticing or at least until now. Who is Fred anyways...All I know is that Fred and Gary Berthold were best friends and were business partners. So if Fred got nailed, he didnt give up Berthold to the SEC and or to the FBI. I agree with you. I dont want to give out wrong hopes, but you are totally correct that if the company can replicate this, a market could establish and go beyond the $5 value and and the company could be holding billions in coins.

WRONG - read 144 again if you can. no one can clear stock if you are an officer, director, control or an affiliate. This is basic 101 stock clearing!!!! I have reached out to the company to see if they would order DTC positions reports and we would know once and for all what is free trading etc. My calculation is that the float is less than 5 million shares, which means the stock is totally short.....

I agree with you this evaluation. one trade does not give us the value. we need to see if the coins trade on an exchange or other value deals before we get to properly value the company. at least its a start in the right direction

The filings done by the company under supplemental information is clear. they do have the BCGc coins and the BTA coins and you can see the recent transfer done to buy the bond. So as long as the company keeps up with their filings, we are good to go.

I think they should be able to get to the QB now that the issues with the old scammer berthold are done with.

I think we are on the right path. the company is not over promissing and on the contrary I think they have made all proper filings as it concerns the crypto part of the business. i think we have a responsible team in there and looks to be heading in the right direction.

You may be right, but if you are the stock that n3gu owns only comes free in 90 days post michael wright resignation at the very minimum that a well known rule and you may check rule 144 on the SEC's website.

Either, I bought my stock much higher so I am glad they are getting the story out. If it is the same group, they have really changed their attitude because we are getting news and informed and they were smart enough to clean up the mess left with Gary SCAMMY Berthold.

I looked up Oklahoma law under I think is 1081 and what they have done is both legal and genieous. Berthold will get a rude awakening in court.

Bottomline is that I like the Bitcoin direction because it is trendy and because it can bring real value quickly.

It is very interesting. I checked out the bond and it is listed on the London Stock Exchange and very real. The company paid with shares, and the most important is they paid with coins, which creates value for those coins. Now, lets not get excited, if one group has accepted the coins, does not mean there is any value to the coins yet, but its a start and lets call it an opening price.

I am going to hold the 47,000 shares I bought no matter what. I want to see how this plays out.

The biggest issue I see here is that the IR person is Stephen Kilmer and he has a firm called Kilmer Lucas and I have heard that it is being investigated by both the SEC and the OSC for fraud. This will cause issues for the company.

One thing for sure, this stock is done! The fact that 3 people are posting here about not getting paid, not believing there was a technology and or that Gary Berthold is a big fraud is really the only evidence we need. I have tried to contact everyone with Injex and I did speak to the former CEO named Andy Rosch, and at the time, he confirmed the Inolife transfer and also that Klaue had sold a bag of goods to a chinese company and was laughing all the way to the bank having sold them something he didnt owned. Unfortunatly, I hear that Mr. Rosch has recently passed away.

I have contacted the chinese company, and the email provided on the press release for Klaue and the company and they bounce back.

They have an alexa global rank higher than 5 million. I can put up a site selling air and have more visit. Kilmer Lucas is a joke, and I would never refer anyone to these scam artist. I would however, complete a bunch of free press release to make sure they don't ripoff anyone. the good thing is that press release really rank high in search engines just like these post.

the bottomline is that the company has a distribution license for whats its worth. The funny thing is that even if it is a far cry from actually owning the license, this is more than what the company ever had under the fraudster Gary Berthold. The IRS should certainly look at his bank accounts, and false filings. He and his girlfriend who got 300 million shares when the stock was $0.001 should be worried now that the information has been sent to the IRS and to the SEC. I hope the company issues a 1099 and see what they do with that.
